Super uncomfortable atmosphere...2 females working and neither offered to help and when I asked they hesitated and then the one told the other one to do it. They complained about it and took FOREVER looking for my sons show size. They were both very rude and lazy and disrespectful. I will not be back...from looking at all the reviews, I think they lost alot of business for this problem

Very horrible customer service and unprofessional. A employee by the name of “khaliq” outrageously called me out my name and started a argument with me because he decided to walk right pass me coming from the back and I was standing right there with a shoe in my hand. Later on as I was headed to check out after a different employee assisted me he decided to ask if I needed anything , I responded “kinda of too late for that “ he went tf off !!! A female employee started to tell me she would put me out as if I was wrong but I set the record straight with her real quick ! And let her know this is horrible customer service yall make me not want to shop here so ZERO stars it is. 0 horrible customer service.

Do not buy from their store or online especially. Customer service is non existent as in it connects to no one on purpose. And the stores that are run through snipes tell you that’s to bad

Terrible customer service and unprofessional. Staff wearing jackets over uniform so you can't tell if they are staff. Did not acknowledge us when we walked in and we looked at the shoe wall for about 10 mins without anyone offering assistance. The store was not busy; they were too busy with their own personal conversations. I will never come back to this location.

1st time at this shoe store,looks nice inside,service is great,returning shoes that were bought as a gift,wrong shoe size,so I'm either get a bigger size of they have in stock,which they didn't, so I was hoping to just refund me,the price to my debit card,but no one,no how to do that exchange process, so now it seems like I'm getting the run around with this refund ?...so hopefully the manager or management or whomever can take care of this after will be day 3...but other then that it seems to be a good shoe store without going to the mall and purchase gym shoes

Terrible customer service. Horse playing in the store like kids don't want to help. I called up to the store they didn't want to check for shoe size, kept finding excuses not to check for my size talking about I don't think we have your size instead of just checking for me.

Apparently they didn't want my business. Walked in and stood around for about 15 min while an employee walked around on her phone talking with someone complaining about her work schedule. Never even acknowledged my existence
