Only used this location for over a decade due to their expertise, and discovered during current visit that it is no longer an "authorized" dealer. Luckily, Ivan was working, and was as friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as the previous staff. Plus he was bi-lingual. I was so disappointed to learn that my long-trusted communications provider was done, but we had a candid, honest, professional conversation about the fall-out, as I replaced my phone/accessories at my expected price. Thanks, Ivan! Nice job!

This used to be the best phone store. The customer service was amazing and the product was affordable if you were a loyal customer. Neither are true anymore.

I drove 2 times to the store because of this guy named Alex. He said come this day, i showed up and he said come tomorrow i will be here and he was not there. Plus he gave me wrong information. And i had to call custumer service for more than 1hr because if his incompetence

Currently waiting for service in the store. The associate Ivan (who so eagerly provided his name) and another associate were assisting customers. I arrive, another patron, and another patron. The second patron was Mexican and Ivan is also Mexican. Despite that I was the first customer in line, Ivan proceeds to service the second customer. I asked Ivan whether the second customer waited previously before I arrived, he stated all matter of fact that the other associate can assist me. The other associate was still working with his customer. I don’t know why Ivan would allow the second customer to go before me, but it’s unfair and appears to be racially motivated.

Staff and manager are very polite! They always greet you upon walking in! They also always have answer to my questions! Highly recommend this location for any people who are in the Latino community, they speak Spanish! They helped my parents out!

New Member to this store. New management new team. Always willing to help with as many opportunities presented. There times when things can’t be don’t due to unfixed conduct. It is what it is. Trying Strives a greater distance then unwilling opportunities of presentation.
