Our medical office ordered a product costing more than $300. It was delivered through FedEx on a Saturday when our medical office is closed, and was stolen. We contacted the company several times with no response, after FedEx told us they confirmed it was stolen and it was up to the company to refund the item. Upon finally speaking to them, the manager blamed the fact that we are located in New York City and "society is a sad place" with people stealing. They said there was nothing they could do, and it was our fault for having the package stolen and that we will have to sink the cost without a refund - and said this is their protocol for a stolen package. Would NOT recommend ordering from them, no sympathy and lots of blame for an error that every other medical company would refund!!
