Buying experience was great and straight forward however I had an issue with my mattress. So I'm in the process of returning the mattress because I am extremely allergic to it. I'm breaking out in hives just being in the same room. I'm not impressed with how Michael handled the return, he kept gaslighting me and saying he's never heard of that before like I'm an idiot. I'm broke out in hives standing in front of you itching my skin off. It felt like he was trying to kink shame me for returning the mattress, well gaslighting me into it's not a thing isn't going to magically make my allergic reaction go away or change my mind. Just seemed really rude about it making me feel like an idiot. It's not going to change my mind I literally can't sleep because I'm itching non-stop with this thing being in my house.

Store representatives were knowledgeable, courteous and approachable. They provided a pressure free shopping experience. My daughter and I started there for our mattress shopping marathon. Quality, price and staff gave us no reason to continue shopping. Thank you for an amazing experience.
