It's a big place, so I have trouble finding stuff when I come here. Employees are usually easy to find and willing to help, especially with odd projects. Really appreciate their employees letting me know about the plant warranty when I was last buying shrubbery.

Guy in the tool department was to busy reading a memo on the computer to help me. So I walked out and went to Alger Hardware where they want to help people!!

I was looking to "one stop shop", and the inventory of flower pots was not very good..BUT, needing like half a dozen bags of potting soil, the staff helped get it in my buggy-- I had to struggle getting it to and in my trunk tho'...
