What in the trailer park world is going on?! Second time in a month I witness the tall blonde female employee harass a customer, and by the looks of it, the other employees were not any better. I have worked in law enforcement for the past 19 years, and I can assure you that these actions are a ticking lawsuit in the making. My advice to corporate is to invest in additional customer service training, and retrain these women to their best ability, as currently I am not hopeful that these hooligans can be trained to serve patrons in a kind and respectful manner. Also, please invest in a few good and properly trained loss prevention officers, so that you can save this store from being run into the ground by these current employees. The elderly lady who stood in the checkout line with me said that these actions and behaviours by these said “employees” are a constant when she frequently visits the store. I will not be back here. NO THANK YOU!

Nicely kept store and the aisles are very wide and easy to navigate. Pleasant salespeople on the floor (which is uncommon these days) who obviously take pride in keeping their store up.

The associate Darla who checked me out had a friendly and cheerful attitude,, also she was informative in explaining how store policy works regarding % off coupons.

I found the item I needed. Staff helped too directing me locating other items I needed. Patiently and friendly cashier rung up my gift cards and helped with updating my info for future rewards. I'm a very satisfied customer and I recommend Kohl's to family and friends. Store is variety stocked at affordable prices. Thank you.

Clothing was quite disorganized, and there were only 2 cashiers working on. Sat. afternoon. The line to check out was at least 10 people deep, so I did not end up purchasing my one item that I did find.
Today's experience aside, I enjoy being able to bring my Amazon returns here, and the process was very smooth and quick.

-20 star! Everytime I am in this place the workers are trying to find people that are stealing! It is annoying! I have talked to my friends to ,and they all say the same! I don't care if you tell them mam I see you are having trouble paying for your items,can we try to help you stop from stealing? We could call the cops or let's put the items back and think again what you should do! You would get a better response than what I see every time I go to Kohl's in Kentwood.Ok the girl is coming to the door says the cashier! Then she goes outside and the ghetto begins! Running rent a cops all over ! As costumes we do not want to see this Everytime we go! No more shopping at Kohl's I'm tired of seeing it!

Their deals in-store are always lower than most other Kohl's and their men's sale rack is now almost nonexistent. Real bummer because it used to be quite a large selection, now I'm lucky if I can and even see a handful of XL shirts.
