Robert was a great salesman and was not pushy with any sales tactics at all. Just what we needed. He was very welcoming and explained all information clearly. We will definitely consider purchasing from Jonathan Stevens again in the future.

Tried to buy local and support the area. First mattress we bought was not very supportive and noisy. Called Jonathan Steven’s and found out they sold us a used mattress. After arguing with them, they offered us partial credit towards another mattress. Tried some in store and found another to try out. The verdict was after less than a month, I was in physical therapy for lower back problems that I thought was from lifting wrong. After 4 months of therapy, I was still waking up filling my hips were out of whack. We went on vacation and after the second night I noticed no pain at all. Upon returning the pain returned, and wondered if it was the mattress. We pulled off the mattress and tried an air mattress, lo and behold, pain went away. Gave up on Jonathan Stevens and bought another companies product. I am not trying to bad mouth Jonathan Stevens, just trying to warn customers that they are not close to being comfortable and are overpriced, but to avoid back pain stay away from this company.

Very happy with our experience at Jonathan Stevens! We went in with an idea of what type of bed we wanted and Jahaan was a great rep, helping us through the assortment that they offer. Knowing our preferences, he showed us options without overwhelming us. Excited to have our bed delivered quickly and have them haul away our old one! Cheers to finally getting good sleep :)!
