Disappointed to say the least.. bought expensive batteries because I thought they were be the best, and they didn’t stand behind them after they failed.. Jeff just blamed it on me, and didn’t give me the time to explain what was going on..

I was 400+ miles from home when I stopped in here last week for a warranty replacement of a six-month-old battery that was failing prematurely. Jeff and crew took great care of me and got me on my way quickly. A car battery shouldn't ever fail that quickly, but I was glad that mine had a trustworthy warranty from Interstate Batteries.

I came here for a new battery they were amazing if I could give 10 stars ? I would. They even put the battery in for me. I went to AutoZone and NAPA and they both said they can't install the battery. I recommend this Place of business I will come here every time.

Cale was very helpful. Offered to activate the battery before I arrived to purchase and pickup. Had what I needed for a fair price! Great service!!

I was told to go to this store from the people who sold me my van to get a new battery because they had an account with this store. I bought the van and got this battery a year ago.... The battery no longer works. I contacted this store to let them know what had happened and they are refusing to honor their warranty. There are also not suggesting any other options to remedy this situation other than to purchase a new battery. Poor customer service!!! Would not recommend!!

Jeff bought back a new just installed battery, Dave’s battery sold it two days prior and would not take it back for more than 7.00, it was a 170.00 battery: Jeff paid 26.00 just to be helpful, keep it mind this was not their brand of battery. Way more ethical of a company than Dave’s batteries. They are compassionate and caring people. The Owner should recognize that he has a very good store manager.

Employees that are competent, fast in and out time, and super helpful. Used battery prices are decent and I love the warranty as well. I will be coming here for my battery needs.
