Very rude, not helpful at all. We were looking for plates asked if they had more the manager told me to call another hobby lobby. When I was going to use they were scratched broken. When I went to return a staff member started sorting thru them saying she would not accept back saying they were scratched and smelled like food. She called the manager on the phone telling here she knew they were used. Very rude do don’t recommend shopping there

Worst possible experience ever. Management was very rude, staff for rude and incompetent at their job, and the way they ring their items ups is very weird. There is a scam happening here, I’m planning on staying far far away.
