Once again FedEx has failed to deliver my temperature sensitive medication when promised. It was shipped "Priority Overnight" on Feb. 13 with delivery to be Feb. 14. It was out for delivery and then returned to the local facility. The new delivery date is Monday, Feb. 17. This is totally unacceptable! This is the second time in 3 months that delivery of medication has been delayed for several days with no reason given or explanation. So much for "Priority Overnight".

FedEx drove by my house, took a picture, never delivered. Never touched doorbell or knocked, picture even includes other packages (from UPS) and me visible inside. Falsely claimed attempted delivery.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I never use fedex unless I am receiving something where I am not in control of who delivers. I have only been in this situation twice. And BOTH times I have been home waiting for the package and the driver said they tried to deliver but in fact never tried. Pure laziness.

FedEx is a joke You pay good money for an express delivery and give an estimated times of arrival the time comes and goes and then the time changes. You call customer service they tell you that it's not left multiple states away when you're tracking information says that it left the state at 4:30 in the morning and it's now 7:30 p.m. but I'm being told that it's still in Memphis Tennessee. I understand delays happen I understand things happen I just wanted to know when my package would arrive maybe a 4-hour window. So I was assured the next day it would be delivered in the morning. I was given confirmation my package arrived at the Kentwood location and was put on a truck and would be delivered by 8:50 to 10:50 a.m. Well that time is coming gone why did I pay $50 for Express This is ridiculous horrible never using FedEx

For whatever reason, one of the drivers is not knocking on doors, just walking up to the house and putting door tags that say “unable to be delivered” without trying. Third delivery attempt, heard our screen door open, no knock, and by the time I was at the front door less than 20 seconds later I watched him pulling away. It was an important delivery that’s been delayed all week because of this.

Seems like the counter is not constantly staffed— every time I’ve been here the staff are in the back room and only come out front when a customer arrives and waits at the counter. There’s no bell or other way to request assistance; so if you need counter service (anything beyond dropping off your package on an unguarded table right next to the door), you have to wait for them to notice you on a monitor and come out to help you. Usually no problem but I’ve occasionally had to wait up to 10min for anyone to show up.

I asked for a package to be held as we were traveling. They tried delivering three times and then I received texts that they tried to deliver but no one was home. I work at home and have a video doorbell. The past three days they say they tried but no one knocked or rang the doorbell. No FedEx person was on video. This morning they say they tried to deliver at 6:03am - which seems an odd time for a delivery - but I was up and working, sitting within three feet of the door. No.one.came.Sadly this has happened before and I try to avoid buying from any vendor who uses FedEx.
