Luckily, Ivan was working, and was as friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as the previous staff. Plus he was bi-lingual. I was so disappointed to learn that my long-trusted communications provider was done, but we had a candid, honest, professional conversation about the fall-out, as I replaced my phone/accessories at my expected price.
