Went to use ATM in lobby. Lobby was full of trash, dead bugs, cobwebs... Doesn't appear that bank is cleaned on a regular basis (lobby anyway). I was able to complete transaction.

Completely overwhelmed and people talking over eachother sending me to multiple different people. All of them asking me the same questions like no one was really listening. I’m autistic. And that was awful feeling. I left shaking. Right before I left a woman was very nice to me and complimented my outfit. But the manager at the door was overwhelming and I don’t want to run into her again. She’s pushy. And only smiled to someone’s face for a second and then her smile dropped cause it wasn’t a real smile. You can tell she’s mad or something. :(

The ladies who are tellers need a serious lesson in customer service. Each time I come in (three times so far), when I ask a question they get super nasty with me even though I'm not asking to be rude - just curious! They act like getting me a receipt is the biggest deal ever too. It's really strange to me. I work in customer service and would never have such bad manners!

Very friendly and helpful in getting us what we needed. Another company messed up with transfer of funds and they helped us clear it up.
