“I was hearing a strange howling coming from the hub on my rear wheel so took the bike in to the Fulton Street shop. The technician, Nate, called me shortly to discuss the problem and finished the job the same afternoon. The price was right for the repair, but what impressed me even more was that since my wheels are old and spare parts are apparently getting scarce for them, Nate had to invent a solution. Which he did! I've had the bike out for two medium length rides since getting it back and the noise is gone and the bike is behaving as it should. I even think Nate touched up the shifting. Thank you to GRBC and particularly to Nate.”
