after solo traveling halfway across the country for a move and taking over ownership of one of my old vehicles, i found myself having to fill up my tires every half hour ?... i'm 23 years old and couldn't begin to tell you the first thing about cars... always called my dad for any funny noise or light ... so panicking i called a few places near to me with DREAD because they had an hour till close on a saturday but i wouldn't have made it to an appt monday ? steve and the boys were my hero's without capes ! upon calling steve instructed me where to/ how to find the information he needed to know, thoroughly explained all my options and was very reassuring telling me to just get here as soon as i safely could and they would take care of me... i left STILL before they closed with a brand new set of 4, alignment and an appt for more service :) thanks so much guys for keeping me rolling ? for sure my new go-to "car dads" lolll

Set an appointment to have my Nissan Frontiers brakes inspected due to some pedal pulsating. Received a call shortly after dropping off with results of inspection. Back brakes were in great shape front brakes had ware but a little life left. I liked the honesty of the salesperson will use belle tire again.

This location has had some good service and the ability to get you in quickly before. I have taken my cars I have owned, to this location for all kinds of services. I used to get in right away, with quality work and reasonable prices. Today I really needed help with a deflating tire on my car. I called this location today to see if I could get my tire evaluated and possibly repaired today. Unfortunately this location is understaffed and the soonest they could get me in was the following week sometime. Today I had to take my business to Discount Tire on 28th Street near the malls, to get my tire needs addressed same day. I advise you all to either check other Belle Tire service centers or go to Discount Tire. I don't have time to keep using a tire inflator the past couple days. Thank you Discount Tire for getting me out of a jam today!!

I'm a bit disappointed. Had my appointment and it took 1hr and 20 min to get it in. I saw customers coming in and out after me. Only went I told them, how much time before they work with my vehicle. Then mine was picked up. This is only for a tire rotation. Staff needs to be more aware and mindfull. Give me the heads up, talk to the customers, let them know you are on it.

Absolutely the worst place horrible customer service and they don’t even tell you about safety issues they have seen or know your vehicle has. Got a tire rotation and a alignment done next day I take it to a different shop cuz my vehicle isn’t driving right and I’m being told there’s a major safety issue all of a sudden within 24 hours. I’m not stupid I know for a fact these people saw it and didn’t bother to say anything. I’m being told my break caliber is hanging off and this store is trying to tell me they never saw it. I know they did you can’t miss something like that.

Steve at the Bell Tire in Kentwood on Kalamazoo Street went above and beyond. My tire got a hole in it late in the evening, and I had to get it in and out before 8 o’clock. Steve rushed me through and fixed my tire with no questions asked. Exceptional customer service with a smile. I will be here forever. Thank you, Steve!

I had a low pressure warning on my ford taurus and went in to get it checked. People at the front desk were really amazing and helped me immediately. They found screws in one of my tires, they fixed it and did not even charge me. I was speechless. Thank you. It’s rare to find businesses like this in this age.

Had a tire puncture due to a nail. Brought the car in and asked if they could fix it or if I would have to replace the tire. Got the car into the shop within the hour, patched it up, and didn’t charge me a dime! Will definitely be back!

Amazing Customer Service from manager, Steve. Needed new shocks in a 2014 Lexus and he was very pleasant from the 1st time stopping in for just a quote to getting the car in for Service. I highly recommend getting your car Serviced here. Tell Steve we said hello.

I had a tire blow out on my trailer on the expressway and had to have the trailer trucked in to Belle Tire. They had it fixed and back on the road in no time.
