Really wish I would have asked the managers name but he was so rude. He insisted on telling me what was wrong with my car without even looking at it. I tried explaining to him that I’ve already been to multiple shops but he refused to help me with what I needed. Don’t get me wrong I’m okay with being turned away but he lied and said they don’t charge batteries before even asking if it was still in the car and had a very rude attitude. The only option he gave was the buy a new battery. I would recommend 68th and division I went there immediately after and they helped me with EXACTLY what I needed with no problems and no attitude.

Usually pretty helpful and has parts I am looking for sometimes u get someone who thinks they know what they r talking about but they don’t and mislead you but generally very helpful and knowledgeable

I normally receive good service at this location but there was a man there yesterday that seemed like he didn't want to check out my products. He wanted to go help someone in line who got to a line AFTER I was at the counter. All he did was ring up my item and walked away. He didn't even bother handing me my receipt or anything else. I'm highly disappointed, especially considering he was black.

By far the best AutoZone! Employees are very helpful and the manager actually knows a lot about the cars and techniques that's are commonly used in local repairs. Plus they are always open later than most. The best time is around noon. Super helpful positive crew

I wish I would have asked the gentleman's name who helped me yesterday. I was in 3.15.24 in the afternoon and a young Black man with an accent assisted me with purchasing brake pads. It isn't very often as a woman I'm treated with respect in an auto parts store. Not that anyone is particularly rude, but there's a condescending tone many men take when I've made purchases in the past. This man was attentive, finished up helping the customer on the phone, while still acknowledging my presence. He quickly showed me my options and asked appropriate questions based on the work I was going to do, while NOT speaking in a condescending tone or questioning me. Absolutely refreshing. Obviously so much so that I was thinking about it this morning and felt compelled to write a review. This is the type of customer service that you can't teach. It was natural and not over the top, while treating me with respect. I hope someone can discern the employee I'm speaking about and remind him that he's appreciated and does a great job. I wish more establishments could have employees like this.
That being said, each time I've come into this location I've had a swell experience, but this one sat with me. Thanks for not perpetuating the patriarchy.

Susan J was extremely helpful just all around awesome assistance. Came in not knowing rather I needed brake pads all around for my vehicle. She came out and inspected and was right on point.

I have never received worse service. I had to beg these guys to come out from behind the counter. Then I asked where one of the employees was. I got a shoulder shrug and a turned back. I had just received some shocking news about my vehicle and needed some expertise. Other customers were angry on my behalf
