“My Ins. Co. was using fear tactics to get me to go with there "preferred shop" which is a nationwide chain. I like to spend my money at local privately owned places. Brian personally called me and explained what they were doing to a tee. He talked me down from the ledge and got my business where I wanted it in the first place.
