Very poor service. I showed with my cat that had a bleed on the abdomen. Barely got spoken to when walking in they were more adamant to push me out because I didn’t have an appointment than they were trying indicate me a solution. I then got schooled for standing there taking notes on what was being told to me. To the person at the front desk : please chill

We recently had to put our loved one down. They were so kind and compassionate. The Staff and Doctor went up and above to show this. Received a beautiful card with his footprints and a heart warming poem brought tears to our eyes.
, very grateful for their professional concern.

First time there with my dogs but they won me over. Staff is great, vet was awesome, very honest, and got down to my dogs level to love on them. The visit fee is very reasonable, and they let you know what they’d like done in a perfect world and what needs to be done for budget friendly.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have a 1 year old mini goldendoodle, Maggie, and this is the only vet she’s ever known. I have never seen a dog LOVE the vet so much. Everyone on the staff treats us with such love and kindness. Maggie recently became super sick on Tuesday night. I called and left a voicemail around 9pm Tuesday night. I received a phone call back around 9:30am on Wednesday saying I could bring Maggie right up! They took great care of my sweet girl. She ended up developing more issues as the week went on and again on Friday around 4 I called asking them what I should do. They told me to bring her in…they cared for Maggie even after they closed at 5pm. This staff went above and beyond to care for my girl! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

I'm writing this with a heavy heart, having been a loyal client at West Bloomfield Veterinary Hospital with my beloved cat Milo since his very first day. Recently, I expanded my feline family with two kittens and naturally, I wanted to entrust their care to the same facility that had served Milo. However, my experience this time around has left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. One of my kittens injured his back paws, and knowing the cost and intensity of emergency services (having just spent a significant amount at OVRS for Milo), I called West Bloomfield Veterinary Hospital in desperation. I hoped they could offer even just a brief check or some advice. Instead of understanding or compassion, I was met with rudeness and resistance from the front desk. They not only refused to let me speak to the doctor or manager, but their general demeanor was also completely lacking in empathy.Trust is essential in any service industry, but in the world of pet care, where our beloved animals are as dear to us as family, it's even more critical. My trust in West Bloomfield Veterinary Hospital has been shaken. It's not only about the refusal of an emergency appointment but more about the sheer lack of sincerity and understanding in a situation that was already emotionally taxing. For years, I have followed their advice religiously, believing they had Milo's best interests at heart. Now, I'm left reconsidering this faith and feeling compelled to seek out another vet for the well-being of my feline family. It's truly a disappointment when loyalty and trust are met with indifference. I hope others have better experiences, but I'll be looking elsewhere for compassionate and professional care.

I have used this Veterinarian for 30 years and been a very loyal customer and now they can’t see my cat in an emergency they caused. I was told to wait for my cats second dental surgery till I was home from Florida a few months out it was no big deal. NO BIG DEAL While I’m in Florida my cat almost dies. Now my cats in pain meds till he can get home and they are too busy to see him. Absolutely astonishing how bad loyal customers are treated in a matter or life or death. Thankfully I found a new vet that can get him in asap.

Sign says come on in we're open. Only to be told they have zero opening for almost a week, very poor use of signage in my opinion.

The office staff is not very friendly. Any time I call to make an appointment they tell me my cat isn't "an established patient" even though she's been there a few times before. They don't offer any explanation other than that.Let's not forget about the last time I brought my cat there for an appointment, and they had us sitting in the car for well over an hour. I kept calling and they said they would be right out, and still didn't come out for almost an hour.

This used to be my Vet. Front office is not pleasant. Vet's misdiagnose. They did something to my female when spaying her, now she is afraid of everything. totally changed her personality. Brought me out another cat gave me the collar and said they couldn't get it on and I should. I have way more stories, I will never take any pet there.
