Still mot very happy about some issues we have been asking to have cleared up since we moved. (Stop trying to make comments on others experiences with this place. This is our home and we shouldnt have to come here to discuss issues...but here we are. (Show me lot rent for $340.... mine isn't.) Plus other undisclosed issues we have yet to hear back about but every month they demand that rent then wait days to post it making it late or issues with bank. Yes everyone has issues let's get to solving them thanks

Unfortunately I would not recommend moving to White Birch. I’ve made several complaints to the office in regards to my neighbors dog deficating in our yard as well as the dog running loose. Nothing gets done from managements end.The neighbor has two Rottweilers never on a lead or leash, lease clearly states that breed is not allowed, these dogs urinate all over my plants and landscaping. Totally disrespectful !

My Boyfriend and I just moved in here and we have no complaints! They got us into a home quick and easy. The people here are very nice and welcoming and I am very happy we found a home here.
