The post office workers that deliver mail are wonderful, and we truly appreciate their hard work. I frequently mail items to my military boyfriend, and it arrives on time! However, there has been a postal worker that has been quite rude when I have to fill out customs forms. I come in at least an hour or few hours before closing out of politeness, so it is not an inconvenience. My package is always prepared to deliver. Several encounters I have been met with frustration and rudeness from this worker.I am understanding with circumstances -- but this has been a frequent reoccurrence and has made me feel like an inconvenience when I want to ship something to military personnel.

Even though I live clear across Bay City on the South/East side, for years I’ve gone out of my way to visit the Kawkawlin Post Office for the friendly and helpful staff/service. And I’ll probably continue to do so until I’m at least 50 miles away. Thanks, everyone!

Writing review on 1-22-2020. Worst experience at a post office ever. The supervisor says she is the owner of this kawkawlin post office. I thought we the people owned it. She refused to forward my mail to a post office box that I just purchased from her at this office. Then my mail started getting "lost". Checks and medical papers I never received even when the companies resent multiple times. She is my only problem here. Everyone else is great! Please tell her to go to a certain place from me when you see her!

Love how convenient this small post office is for me. Never had any problems. Friendly staff. Very happy to not have to drive to downtown Bay City to mail out packages, which would be about a 10 minute drive each way. This post office is 2 miles from my house.
