Had some aluminum trailer repairs welded up. They got me in same day and did nice looking welds at reasonable price in my opinion. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I spoke to an office person who was rude, but misquoted me a price for the WRONG topper so I asked to get it ordered. I waited, but no topper, so I called back in & it was the same person, said it was the wrong price for the topper(even though they have ALL my information of which one I had). I ask what the new topper price was & all he said was it more than the one quoted earlier. He never said the price. So when the new one came in & I was excited getting my topper fixed, come to find out my price doubled. I am NOT happy with the customer service I received by the office person. When I was asked what I wanted, I said at least a compromise in cost. ALL he said was sorry. NOT A PINES fan after 10 years with them.

Not a good experience. Dad bought a truck cover from them that has a lifetime warranty. Velcro went bad. Instead of covering it they wanted $50 to warranty the cover. It was a truxedo with Velcro on the sides. Sounds like a common problem. They would not warranty it because my dad gave me the truck. They also talked with him. I have nothing good to say about the cover it is in perfect shape but the Velcro is junk. I would not buy this manufacturer and I absolutely would not spend my money that this business nor will our family.
