“The staff at Ziebart in Bay City is great! Customer service and satisfaction is part of who they are! About a month ago, after several conversations over the phone and then an in person visit to view some of their work, I decided to move forward and get some work done. These guys left me beyond impressed!! Today, at 3:00 pm, I called and ask if they could fit me in, yet today, for some window tinting on the windshield. They didn't even hesitate ~ ask what time we could be there and treated us with much respect when we arrived! Everyone was very welcoming and didn't make us feel bad for the "last minute" request! “The guys here are great! They tell you exactly what is going on, what they're doing, and why they're doing it! As they were changing my windshield they found some seals were broken and a ton of leaves were down in everything. They vacuumed out my motor blower and discovered my air filter was packed full of debris and had a ton of leaves stuck to it. They immediately asked me if I wanted to replace it and even took me out to show me what they were talking about. I won't take my car anywhere else for glass needs!”
