The sales representative is very helpful when looking for a vehicle part. Willing to go out and look at vehicle to make sure that you ate getting the right part.

Everyone at this Auto Value store is awesome. In particular, though, John was so helpful when I had an issue with my battery! I am not mechanically inclined and do not have the tools needed to change a battery. Even in the cold weather he changed out the battery and even checked the air filter while the battery was out!Thank you so much for the awesome service!

Lost a windshield wiper at the beginning of our 13 hour drive home. Stopped here and Pat helped us out. Identified the parts we needed and installed the windshield wipers for us in no time. The locals seem to know this is the place to go as as well. They had 6 customers in the ten minutes we were there. Thanks again!!!

Shook, thank you very much . Above and beyond customer service. Blew trailer axle hub offered tools and shop and experience. Would have been a nightmare on the side of the road. Thank you once again!
