“We were in Kalkaska for the weekend and our car started acting up at 4:00 on Friday on our way into town. We limped it into Bill Marsh in Kalkaska and they started do everything possible to help us. As somebody took it into the service bay somebody else was trying to come up with backup options in case it wasn't fixable at that time since we were away from home. They diagnosed it, determined they had the part needed, repaired it and took it for a test drive and we were out of there in an hour. Everyone was so nice and tackled our issue from all angles. I cannot say enough good things about this place and our experience. Thank you Dennis, Sarah and Josh...you all rock!!!”

“I take my dodge here for all my mechanical problems and the service is always exceptional. Gavin is always informative and helps us figure out the best solution. One of the times I brought my dodge in we needed a new rim and Gavin told me he found the rim at a junk yard but if they called and picked it up and put it on, it would be a little over $300 but it was only $60 for the rim. But if I went and picked it up myself and put it on then it would only be $60 but regardless of my choice he was having them hold the rim for us. We have had a new PCM put in and Gavin called me and ran down the prices with me between the manufacturers price and one from China. I always get my truck back in a timely manner. I don't think they have ever had my truck more than a couple days. My dodge is my plow truck so it's always a huge blow when something goes wrong and the longest I've ever had to wait to get in is a week and that was during cherry fest and I know all businesses have their hands full during the summer, especially during cherry fest. I appreciate everyone at midas. I can't recommend them enough.”
