Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always a good experience stopping in to Thirlbys locations, and Kaleva location even made a sign that says DRAGWAY pointing towards the Northern Michigan Dragway just three miles up the road!

My heat went out on my truck so I used a multi meter to see if the blower had electric and it did. So I called and they were able to get me one that day. But turned out it was either defective or wasn't what I needed.... So I went to return it. The guy behind the counter would not take it back even though I have the receipt and it was only a week ago that I bought it. He states that I can't return electronic components once their installed. And then goes on to say to keep the receipt for warranty. What's the point of that when I said it didn't work? At any rate will never go back even if I'm desperate. I'm out 60 bucks and still no heat.

Kaleva Staff Val and Scott were awesome! Val went out of her way for a part for me at another location. Scott came outside in the cold weather to help with my Junk Dodge as well as Val showing me how to install a Belt LOL. I will not shop anywhere else! Thanks Val and Scott Thirlby's Kaleva Location.
