Buying a car here was quite seamless, especially with Erik “Hollywood” Harrington as my salesman. Not only was he a chill and fun guy to work with, he also kept things moving, answered all my questions, and was very responsive through call/text for the entire process. He even made sure I brought the car back in for a detail a couple days after the sale because he wasn’t satisfied with it having just a bit of dust on the dashboard. If you’re looking for a good place (with fair prices) to buy a car, look no further than Zeigler in Kalamazoo, and if you’re looking for a good salesman who’s driven (pun not intended) to perfection, fun to work with, and also serves as a “CFF” (car friend forever), make sure you ask for Hollywood!

Carlis was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond for us to make sure we were getting the exact car we wanted and didn’t pressure us at all to try to make the sale. Made us feel like family through the entire purchase. Even made sure it was touched up and detailed for us. We will for sure be purchasing more vehicles from him in the future!

Overall a great buying experience. Our salesman, Konnor, was great, as was the business manager. The only negatives really were the amount of time spent waiting (we were there for 7 hours from start to finish), especially when waiting on things like new tires and detailing. They did mention that quite a few of their workers had gone back to school, but the wait still felt excessive. In addition, there was only one key fob for the vehicle. I guess technically I should have asked, but it was never mentioned in the 7 hours we were there, until we has signed all paperwork and about to leave and we asked.
But overall we were happy, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase there and from Konnor again.

First of all, this was one of my best experiences buying a car. Hollywood Harrington supported us throughout our whole journey. He not only listens to what you want and need in a vehicle but genuinely cares about getting the right car for you. This is such an overdue compliment! When I lived in Kalamazoo and even once after I’d moved to Indiana I brought my car in for whatever I needed from the Chrysler team. This was some time ago, and some of the Chrysler people were moved elsewhere in the company. Ryan was just awesome and did me a huge favor once. It really meant a lot to me. You have great customer service and are welcoming to women. I never felt uncomfortable there. Thank you for being so good at what you do.
