I’ve ordered 2 screen protectors online from zag and I never get them. I went and checked address and it was the same as where I live. Do not buy online from them!!

I would recommend going to store to see their actual products before purchase. I received my Santa Cruz case yesterday and there is not really a grip to it as pictured. It also does not come up on the sides as much as is probably necessary to protect my S22 Ultra, seems kind of light and flimsy. Def not worth $40. They also don't cover return shipping. :( I think I will stick with Speck and Otterbox.

I had to get an entirely different screen protector from my local best buy. I was assured by a phone rep that the liquid screen protector would not give me any issues. It gave me issues. Like all the others it bubbled pealed and chipped. I spent a lot of money with zagg and i feel midlead cheated and taken for granted due to my limited knowledge if screen protectors and phones in general

No one is answering their phones and their so called easy web site, doesn’t work, after doing thru their warranty web site, it tells me to call their customer phone number, that nobody answers. Their system it designed to wear you out and give up

I had some confusion on who's account my case was registered under, mine or my boyfriend's. I called customer service and Nicholas was very helpful and filled my warranty claim right on the phone for me. Great experience

My screen protector cracked weeks ago, starting the day that it cracked I have been checking the website for my warranty replacement, however, the product has been out of stock for weeks now causing more damage to my screen. I reached out to customer service and offered to pay the difference to upgrade to a different screen protector for now but was told I just have to wait until the correct one is back in stock which could be several more weeks. What good is the replacement program if the product is never in stock for the customer?
