Medical staff is unprofessional. Had appointments rescheduled multiple times due to provider working at different locations. Went in for one thing, was tested for something else (which was negative) but they prescribed me the meds anyway and did not help at all with the problem I went in for. One time I was checking in the lady was too interested in a fire truck driving by to help me. They also lost my records

Been going here for well over 50 years and never had problems until as of late. Can no longer recommendThis place. I've had 5 different Dr's in the last two years..they have you calling pharmacy to see if they have your meds. Constantly cancel appointments. Ascension has killed this family practice..teamed up with walgreens who can't fill a prescription for aspirin..Stay away people until someone else decides to take over this once fine medical facility..

Main door locked.. has a paper size sign on the door to use west side entrance. West side entrance door locked also… you’re dealing with people that don’t feel good and you’ve got them running around the building to try to get in?? Forget it!

I have been a patient here for 30 years. I loved my Dr, he was the kindest man and Dr Ive ever met. I trusted him completely. Since Ascension Borgess took over this facility has gone downhill fast. The staff are overworked and everything seems chaotic and disorganized. Sadly my Dr retired. It's just not what it used to be now and not in a good way!

I have gone to this medical center for 25 years. It was a wonderful place. After the last two visits I am going to start searching for a new place. I love my Doctor but the place is disorganized and full of finger pointing. Only 1/2 of the building is in use. No lab. And the pharmacy is closed. The door is chained and bolted. My records were sent to another drug store with out my knowledge. I was pleased to find Oshtemo Pharmacy. Not a big box store. If you are a patient you might want to call before you go. Things are not looking up.

I've not seen MY doctor. Just a PA or NP. Which, everywhere else would've been ok. She was rude, cold, and basically had. I interest in my primary reason for the appointment.

I have an autoimmune disease Psoriatic Arthritis. It’s listed on my chart here. I went in for pain at 7-8 out of 10 due to active flare. I waited 1 hour to see a physician. First question he asked is where I’m from! Why?! Then, who my family doctor is! She works in the same building! He rushed me! Repeated questions. Had me list off my other medical conditions to which he commented “wow” and when he was done shut the light off on me. There was no imaging or blood work ordered. The discharge MA rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a note for work and then told me to use the discharge papers. On the discharge papers it says my family doctor is “Out of town”. Pretty sure I’m done with this place!

Too long spending time on hold for phone nurse.And too long a wait in office.Billing is difficult to deal with.And how is your med info so guarded except when coming in and you have to say out loud what you're there for? Plus you can hear just about everything through those thin walls.That about covers it.
