Great place for fresh flowers as well as plants. You can pick out your own flowers for bouquets.Wonderful customer service.They also have allot of gift ideas as well. So much to see, well worth the visit, allot to see.

Love Wedel's! Their plants are very healthy and if for some reason one doesn't turn out, they will replace it. Although it's never happened, it's nice to know they would.

We ordered three pallets of Sod and Waddell's was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Peggy and Adam were absolutely professional courteous and very communicative and when they delivered the guys that executed the delivery were absolutely amazing they didn't tear up the field where I had them put it they were polite they were courteous and I would give them 10 Stars if it were possible. In comparison to other nurseries and companies that I worked with they obviously take time to hire people that they feel represent them when they're not in their presence because there was no drop off in the service that was provided to us from when I talked to the owner on the phone till the time they delivered everything they did it in a timely manner and I highly recommend this place they absolutely are a great company and they got something good going on there

Wonderful friendly helpful staff. I found a new pot for my very large snake plant and two new African violets. I used a gift certificate for my purchase and the whole collection was under $20. Free parking as well.

The first time I went to Wedel‘s was back when I was in high school, their staff was excellent at helping me pick out corsages for my dates to dances. After some time, I operated a lawn and landscaping company, and they were always more than helpful in helping me pick and select the proper plants. Even so far is to give instructions and advice!

They’re not setup to handle holidays like mother’s day and valentine’s day. I’ve gotten mother’s day and valentine’s day flowers from here for the past few years because it’s near my house, and almost every time it is a bad experience. Unless you order online and come in just to pick up, they treat you like a second-class customer. They don’t need your business. I’m all about the efficiency of pre-ordering, but this isn’t Chick-fil-a. I’m not ordering fries and a sandwich. I’m trying to spend $90+ on gifts for loved ones. The personal experience is the only reason to go to a florist. It’s not a good experience here. Just go to Costco and buy a bouquet there. Save yourself the headache. You’ll probably save some money to. The rest of the place seems great, it’s just consistently a bad experience buying flowers.

Horrible customer service! Just awful. We just tried placing an order for a Mother’s Day arrangement (it’s Friday early afternoon) over the phone and we were placed on hold for a few minutes. That’s ok and understandable given the Mother’s Day rush. But when lady came back on line and we asked to place an order, we got a very terse “”Can’t do it, goodbye….” that’s likw “what the heck?” Talk about rude. We assume they are too busy for our business. We shall go elsewhere from now on. The place is slipping.
