The truck was exceptionally well cared for, clean and functional.The best part of this was the excellent service they provided. The team were excellent communicators and went above and beyond. They also has the best prices and didn’t do that annoying thing where they try to nickel and dime you for unnecessary stuff.Penske is now my renter of choice!”

1004 Portage Street, Kalamazoo“Demetrius was the man! He went out of his way to help fix my trailer lights. He was professional and courteous the entire time. When I returned my trailer, it was just after closing time, and Demetrius saw me pull in, stopped what he was doing, and closed my rental for me. Demetrius is the goat!! Give this man a raise.”
“For some reason emailing kept getting ticket closed. Most likely my fault; incident with someone running into my unit. Didn’t want to be confused as the person, so I contacted.
Finally, Ken to the rescue, phone , after doing an amazing job at digging into the situation, he realized I am just an old man worried about little details. He assured me I was fine, asked me to store his # if I need anything…..
The best part of this story is I have been doing chemo for 3 years and sometimes it’s 4-5 days before I can function. Ken made contact daily, not upset, but concerned, he wanted to help. He WAS NOT like “ how can I help you if you don’t answer?”
