To the woman with the very loud mouth, false sense of superiority/God complex that is miserable and is determined to make others miserable, I truly hope you find the peace you deserve.
She made multiple unprofessional comments about me as well as numerous patients going through the drive-thru. She proceeded to set my medication aside, telling her coworker that I can wait all day for all she cares and that if they didn't call me then I won't get my medicine. Once it was brought up to the other said co-worker all he had to say was that it was embarrassing.
You wear "high school bully" well for a grown adult woman, I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Maybe someday you'll grow out of your unprofessionalism and lack of compassion and realize that life is too short to be a rotten person to those around you. Wishing you all the best in life and your future endeavors.

Seriously wish I could give zero stars! Pharmacy is the worst! Made me change all my prescriptions around because apparently they only accept certain ones now. (Like capsules vs tables. Even though they are the same exact dosage and everything. Then a fight about a 30 day vs a 90 day refill) I get it all taken care of with my doctor. They then tell me today they will no longer take my insurance. F-U Walgreens! I can see why all the stores are going under. Hope you choke on it!

My husband had a cardiac procedure on Thursday 4-25-24. He needed a Rx for Plavix to prevent clotting. Our home pharmacy had to order so it wouldn't have been available until more than 48 hrs after the procedure. I called Walgreens on Gull Rd. The young lady who assisted me was polite and knowledgeable. She had the Rx faxed from our pharmacy to Walgreens, called me back immediately, and we picked it up under 2 hrs! THANK YOU!

Avoid at all costs. Currently on the third major prescription screw up in 3 months. Then they try to blame insurance, but insurance can document everything and states the problem is at the pharmacy. Tried billing insurance for meds I had not yet received. Stay away. Place sucks.

Pharmacy staff is condescending and rude.
My husband went in to purchase insulin needles around 6pm today. He is a newly diagnosed diabetic and had been using the insulin needles we had leftover when our dog died in December. The woman at the pharmacy was rude and belligerent. She repeatedly asked him what gauge he wanted even though he kept telling her he didn't know. She asked him three times if he was sure it was insulin needles that he wanted. When he told her what he could remember from the box we had at home, she went to the back, came back and said "we don't have any needles." He came home and said he felt embarrassed and stupid for not being able to answer her questions. There's no reason to treat anyone this way, regardless of what your personal opinions may be.

If I could give zero I would. Put on hold for a most 20 minutes and then told 3 different stories regarding the status of my prescription. Then they hung up on me. Terrible service is an understatement for this place.

Terrible service. One customer having multiple issues at checkout and they will not open another lane. So we all just stand there.
Go elsewhere if you can.

Worst service ever. I refuse to go to this place again. The staff is extremely rude. I pulled up to the window and the gal was scrolling on her phone and ignored me and kept scrolling. Finally she came to the window and said “give me just a few minutes”, no one else apparently could help when there’s five other staff members standing around and she was scrolling on her cell phone.

Worst pharmacy in Kalamazoo. times we've waited for 20 minutes for one car to clear in the drive up.Terrible service.and disorganized. We get emails telling us that our prescriptions are ready for pickup, only to be told they are not filled yet. We waited in line for 30 minutes and they have trouble finding our prescriptions when they are ready. Terrible service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They seem to be the only ones that can’t get a prescription filled correctly despite multiple visits and communications. I normally don’t rush to leave a review if my experience was bad, however this has now happened so many times that people need to know. If you have an urgent or even within several hours need of meds, YOU WILL NOT GET THEM. Maybe they’re great when you have days and days to get something filled - but I won’t be using them ever again to find out. Absolutely unacceptable.

I called the pharmacy at 9:30 am to have my prescription filled. I never received a text so I went in at 4:00 pm and they told me it hasn't even been started yet and to come back at 7:00 pm. I came back at 7:30 pm and there was two people in front of me who the girl was rude to. I walked up and she said nothing has been put in. I kindly said I was dealing with this since 9:30 am and she rudely said "it's not my fault and I'm just now hearing about this!" I said I inderstand but I need to get it filled. she said"GIVE ME A MINUTE I'M TRYING TO FUGURE IT OUT". She said we will work on it. I kindly asked when it would be filled and I hope you can understand my frustration. She said I DON'T KNOW! I said I've been here twice already and 10 hours since I first called it in. she said "AGAIN, I WASNT AWARE.". No apology and extremely rude. She said have a seat and it will be done in a half hour. I will be changing pharmacy. From their incompetence and here rudeness, I'm done!

Kinda slow to get rx but not bad for shopping for a cold drink and candy bar.the covid shots seam to be killing people
