This Walgreens sucks. They are always closed when the pharmacy shouldn't be closed. They also are always having some problem such as the printer being broken. For example, my boyfriend went to pick up my medication and they said they were 500 orders backed up because of the printer and only giving medicine to customers who needed it most (I have the flu and have had a 104° fever the past 4 days - but they don't care). I've been patient the past 4 years but this Walgreens brings out my inner demons. I can't wait to move back to my hometown and never deal with this bs Walgreens again.

Sigh... 21 minutes in line waiting for a prescription pick up with 2 people ahead of me. Lots of laughter behind the pharmacy counter, lots of sadness in front of it.. this place is a joke

Do not use this pharmacy. They are consistently short staffed and make you bring your sleeping, sick child into the store to pick up prescriptions because they frequently close the drive thru due to being short staffed. After I waited 60 minutes (was originally told 45 minutes) — 30 minutes in my car and another 30 minutes in the long line inside, I was told it would be another 20 minutes, so I spoke up about my frustration having to bring my sick child into the store (again!) due to the inconvenience of them closing the drive thru (yet again). When I shared this, the pharmacy tech responded very rudely and acted like I was the problem holding up the long line. Why do they make sick people come into the store? It seems counterproductive to the issues with being short staffed. I will be contacting corporate.

Made appointment for the most recent Covid vaccine. Arrived early and was told they didn’t have any vaccine available. Why make vaccine appointments if you don’t have it? No phone calls or emails. Extremely poor customer service.

App says Thursday my prescription ready for pickup I stop by Friday at 6:50 wait 30min and they cannot find my prescription. Line 6+ people deep and people are very upset. So am I. Used to be a quick place to get my scripts.

Had what I needed, and as a bonus, my friend and I had a lovely conversation with the cashier. Gloria is a beacon of the kind of friendly interaction you should have with anyone you come across as you are headed home for the night. Super nice! Great experience! She should be commended for 5 star service!

My wife bought a $5 item for me and it turned out not to be what I was looking for. I never opened the package and I saved the receipt. When I went to return it, Walgreens refused to give me my money back, because the item was "a Walgreens brand." They would only give me a store credit.I have shopped at Walgreens for the last time and will never set foot in that store again, because of this stupid and out-of-step-with-reality policy.Goodbye, Walgreens.

Seriously bad customer service on a few visitsUpdate. Oct. 2022. After sitting 40 min in drive thru lane as I pulled up to window at 515 pm they closed the drive thru. Go anywhere but this place. HorridUpdate. Sept 2022. Still really bad. They hire horrid staff. If it weren’t for their hours we’d go elsewhere for sureUpdate July 2023. My prescription has been $45 for 3 month supply for the last year or so, today, they are saying $ 225/mo for same meds. This happens often here. DO NOT drive away or even take the bag until you know the correct cost and correct prescription. Once you leave the window, it is yours. I've had it happen. GO anywhere else

Does not deserve one (1) star. I've had my share of issues with Walgreens, but today was the last straw. The response to my question was condescending and rude. I was so taken aback that I just left the store. At this point in my life it is better to leave then to be bothered with ignorant people. I can spend my dollars elsewhere.

I see lots of reviews about the pharmacy, but none about the absolute AUDACITY of the old lady that works cashier. Rude without reason, unprovoked and she was ready to argue against a simple request. Get rid of your complacent boomer employees, seek other hiring alternatives. From one manager to another.

I HAVE SPENT 5-6 HOURS TRYING TO GET A SCREW UP IN PHARMACY ORDERING CORRECTED--I HAVE BEEN GIVEN 5 DIFFERENT PHONE NO. TO CALL TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM AND WANTED TO TALK TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND FOUND OUT THAT THIS IS A 3 TIERED PROCESS AND TAKES UP TO 5 DAYS IF YOU ARE LUCKY. I HAVE BEEN IN THE PHARMACY BUSINESS FOR 60 YEARS AND THIS PROBLEM COULD BE SOLVED IN 20 MINUTES BY THE STORE MANAGER OR PHARMACIST NORMALLY. THIS IS EMBARRASSING THAT A CUSTOMER HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS IN THE PHARMACY AREA TODAY. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT RETAIL HAS GOTTEN THIS BAD.

I have never had such a terrible experience with Walgreens than I did today. After waiting on hold for 1/2 hour, I was told by a pharmacy tech that it was too soon to refill my prescription after receiving a message that it was delayed and the pharmacy would reach out to me or my doctor, which is what prompted me to call because I had no idea why they needed to speak to me or my doctor. Well, they didn't. I was told they can't refill until tomorrow and said I need to call back tomorrow to refill it. I told the tech I don't have time for that.I had just spent 1/2 hour on hold and asked why it can't be refilled without me calling in again. The tech proceeded to raise her voice and tell me other patients go months without their prescriptions and continued on without letting me speak. At some point , she hung up on me. After I pick up these refills, I will no longer do business with Walgreens again. This isn't the first problem I've had with this particular pharmacy since I moved, but it most definitely will be the last.
