My husband and I moved to Kalamazoo recently. Walgreen's is conveniently located near our home so we chose it as our pharmacy. We got so lucky. This is a wonderful pharmacy. First, great parking and easy in and out. Second, it is clean. I mean open spacious well lit and CLEAN! The associates are very well trained and have excellent customer skills at check out. They are friendly and helpful. In the Pharmacy area, the staff are knowledgeable and skillful. They take time to make sure you know about your medicaltion and answer all questions. They also seem to really enjoy working their and are a real team. Very respectful of customers and of each other. There is a great and easy to use drive through for prescriptions and they attend to those customers quickly. We are so grateful to Walgreens and to their dedication to customer service. You can always find an associate to help you in the aisles and at checkout. You never have to 'go searching' for staff. Thank you for a great pharmacy and store and for all the hard work that makes you so stellar and unique. The best.

Terrible customer service and cocky young man as well. I'm moving all my prescriptions (as I just promised Eric) to another pharmacy. Too bad that yoing people today are not taught any manners!!

I had to log in from a different account just so I could leave another bad review. the pharmacy is THAT bad. Nothing is ever ready. No one knows what is going on. The rest of the store is fine though.

These workers are disgusting, vile, and inconsiderate of human needs. I arrived at 10:02, knowing full well they closed at 10:00. I sprinted there in need of emergency items. There were plenty of customers still shopping, so it would be very reasonable to let one last customer in. I asked if I could buy one item and leave. I could have been in and out BEFORE the other customers. They not only denied me service on emergency products, but had the audacity to call the cops on me!!!! Not once was I being unreasonable or forcing my way in. I simply asked if I could purchase my emergency products. I asked if someone else could purchase it for me on the way out, another reasonable request which was denied. A complete waste of my time, a complete waste of Police time, and a completely unreasonable stance taken by the employees. This place is a joke.

This store is located in a very nice neighborhood. I have noticed that it is not very well maintained. Just picked up an rx and their parking lot is full of garbage and inside the floors look like they have not been cleaned in ages. The drive thru pharmacy had been broken for months and no one seems to know when it will be fixed. I have used this pharmacy for years, but thinking of changing

Ran to Walgreens westnedge for toilet paper...it was 11:45 and I knew they closed at midnight...but the doors were locked and 2 other cars were there...with people in them.

This store is a mess. The parking lot is often not lit at night. The drive up window for prescriptions has not been open for three months. There is a sign on it that reads: technical difficulties. The store is dirty and I feel unsafe and will no longer go there even though it is less than six blocks from my home.
