Worst customer service ever! I've tried a few times and I'm done going there. Their pharmacists are so extremely disrespectful and rude. One time I pulled in the drive thru and the pharmacist opened the window shade and said "we don't open til 8", and proceeded to shut the shade on me. No hi, bye, thank you nothing. Today my prescription was supposed to be done by 1, 5:00, Still not done and the woman who was helping me was extremely rude and didn't care that I had to get it then and she was cold as ice. There's no such thing as customer service there. Gull point pharmacy is so much better and their staff is very friendly and helpful.

Worst pharmacy staff ever! I would think that with this many consistent reviews, upper management might take a look at who they have there causing so many customers such problems. I will be switching pharmacies for good. the service I had today was the final straw. Rude, disrespectful, and argumentative staff that were unwilling to help me find a solution.

There was no one working who knew how to work the machine to make the keyhole photo book. This was the second time I tried to use it, and each time the person working didn't know how to use it. They just suggest doing it online, but they couldn't help with that either!

Don't waste your time getting your vaccines here!! The Pharmacy is garbage and so unprofessional. I booked my appointment online and filled all the paperwork out ahead of time and got there and had to wait in line just to check in. So no time priority to appointments vs walk-ins. Then, they proceed to have me fill out all of the same paperwork that I filled out ahead of time online and when I said I had filled it out already they just said "okay?" and still had me fill it out again. I waited for 25 minutes as they took walk-ins and drive thru customers and when finally asked they told me I was double booked for the appointment... with two other people? Who both had to wait as long as I did?? And I walked in their little room for the shot and it is shabby and disorganized as heck. I will never get another shot there again and after this I'm just never shopping there again. They've let all their standards go and I think their pharmacy needs to be investigated if it is really up to standards or not.

I come in often to print out pictures! Hard workers! especially photo people and girls up front! They need more workers. There was a poor gal who was managing photo and front register! Still managed to get out my pictures out fast!

O Stars!!!! This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Prescriptions were called in for my son as he was leaving the hospital at about 10am. At 11:15, I stopped to check. They did not even have the scripts processed through their computer yet. I explained that for medical reasons, we were in need of putting my son on a plane to receive more medical treatment, and we needed to leave by 2pm. I checked back at 12:30. I was told that the scripts would not even be sent back to the person filling orders until after lunch. I explained my situation again, to no avail. We called Richland Pharmacy down the road who was more than willing to fill the scripts immediately, but Walgreens would not take 30 seconds to fax the scripts to them because they were going to lunch!!!! We ultimately had to put my son on a plane to Florida for further medical treatment without his medications. We had to wait to fill the scripts till the next day, and spend $116 to overnight the medicines on a Saturday so that they will not get to him until Monday. Talk about angry and frustrated! I will never use another Walgreens, ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I typically wait in line (either inside or drive through) for 20-50 minutes. Service is very slow, and they close down for a whole hour, often longer, for lunch so don't plan on getting anything during your lunch break. My medications are almost always mixed up or they send notifications saying I'm due for a refill when actually I just had them filled. Customer service is hit or miss. I'm not the person who leaves bad reviews ever, but this is infuriating and I'm switching pharmacies because every Walgreens I have tried has been this way or worse.

The worst pharmacy ever! Gerard the pharmacist shorted my controlled substance prescription by 30 pills. Their staff is always rude. They also told me to go somewhere else so I will! Beware! I hope this chain of nothingness goes way! Hello Meijer.

I went here to pick up medicine for my son. It took almost an hour. Not only did I sit there waiting but the older lady who worked at the counter was very very mean. Had so much attitude. Snapped and rolled her eyes at everything. Multiple people were commenting as they walked away on how mean this lady was. For no reason. They were super super slow as well. Didn't wipe anything down or clean at all in between people.

I can not believe that such a large national chain closes down their pharmacy departments in the middle of the day so the employees can take a lunch break. What's wrong with staggered lunch breaks. It should not be up to the customer to remember that they close up. I'm a stock holder in the company and still can't believe they could have this as a policy and poor customer service.
