App says Thursday my prescription ready for pickup I stop by Friday at 6:50 wait 30min and they cannot find my prescription. Line 6+ people deep and people are very upset. So am I.Used to be a quick place to get my scripts.

My wife bought a $5 item for me and it turned out not to be what I was looking for. I never opened the package and I saved the receipt. When I went to return it, Walgreens refused to give me my money back, because the item was "a Walgreens brand." They would only give me a store credit.I have shopped at Walgreens for the last time and will never set foot in that store again, because of this stupid and out-of-step-with-reality policy.Goodbye, Walgreens.

Does not answer the phone call. Cooperation is at zero level. I had to transfer a prescription from CVS, it took them multiple phone calls and an in person visit to get it after couple of days.

I have never had such a terrible experience with Walgreens than I did today. After waiting on hold for 1/2 hour, I was told by a pharmacy tech that it was too soon to refill my prescription after receiving a message that it was delayed and the pharmacy would reach out to me or my doctor, which is what prompted me to call because I had no idea why they needed to speak to me or my doctor. Well, they didn't. I was told they can't refill until tomorrow and said I need to call back tomorrow to refill it. I told the tech I don't have time for that.I had just spent 1/2 hour on hold and asked why it can't be refilled without me calling in again. The tech proceeded to raise her voice and tell me other patients go months without their prescriptions and continued on without letting me speak. At some point , she hung up on me. After I pick up these refills, I will no longer do business with Walgreens again. This isn't the first problem I've had with this particular pharmacy since I moved, but it most definitely will be the last.

always a long line inside and the drive thru...some of the staff are not very friendly. problems refilling prescription.. we are on maintenance medication's and sometimes they don't get filled for a week. I tried to transfer them but almost impossible to do...

Showed up for covid test by appointment on time got told the drive through was closed so I'd have to come inside and I'd have to come back after 10 because 2 popel who could do it called off. Came back about 10:10 went inside waited 20 mons in line to be told I'd have to go through the drive through because the test can't be done inside. Then proceeded to wait in the drive through till 11:10. Hire more people

This Walgreens WAS the flagship of all the Walgreens in town! Not anymore. Very short staffed and the customer service is gone. So sad. Probably won't return there. Has really gone downhill. Best to pull the plug on that location. I appreciate the help I did receive but it paled in comparison to the way it used to be. Sad.

Avoid for now. At time of this writing, the pharmacy has significant problems with normal functioning due to chronic staff shortage. Drive-thru window is sporadically open when staff can handle it. Sometimes counter closes earlier than posted hours. I waited in a line 7 deep yesterday to pick up my scrip, only to be told it wasn't ready, even though automated phone refill line said it would be ready hours earlier. They're stuck in vicious cycle of losing staff due to rude customers who are rude because things keep going wrong due to short staffing which happens because staff keeps quitting due to rude customers, etc. etc. Someone at corporate, or an MBA whiz from Harvard, needs to step in and rescue these poor drowning souls.

I had a pharmacy question and the lady said sorry I didn’t prescribe these to you I’m not answering your question. She wouldn’t even listen to me. I’ve never had someone be so nasty to me over the phone

I know times are hard, people get stressed. But if you're going to run a business where people you employ talk to the general public ... they probably shouldn't be allowed to be rude and disrespectful. This location WAS honestly the crown jewel, hands down the friendliest staff. I work right near them so I would frequently makes stops yah know, But over the past 6 months I have just had to many off putting experiences. Not limited to being sexually & virally harassed

On multiple occasions they have taken several hours to fill a prescription—with the status being “in progress” on the app the whole time. They’ve told me that it’ll be “just another 30 minutes” and nothing. I’ve come back a day or two later and it’ll be “we’re almost done… 15-20 more minutes”…

Tried calling about a prescription. No answer. Waited in line at drive-through for 25 minutes and finally gave up and came inside. 6 people behind counter. One working register. Script not ready. Was called in 2 hours ago. Are they extracting me done from plants in the back somewhere? People behind counter chatting, laughing, checking phones... sigh
