I went to get my prescription and the blonde pharmacist lied and said my prescription was never sent then turned around in the same sentence and said that my prescription was picked up on the 21st which is impossible because I wasn’t even seen by a doctor until the 22nd so the pharmacist i refusing to give me a topical prescription, lying about it directly and I now have to go another day without. Horrible pharmacist that don’t care at all about people. It’s flat out ridiculous that people have to deal with this. If you don’t care about your job get a new one.

These guys are rude as hell. Went to the pharmacy and asked if my brother had any scripts ready, didn't even ask how to spell his name and just kept being rude and we waited there for about ten minutes before anyone answered while we could see people in eyeshot

This place needs to be investigated. The pharmacy is not only terrible at what they do, they also are dirty and unsanitary. DO NOT GET YOUR VACCINE THERE!!!! I cannot say that enough. They're disturbingly unorganized and the little room they take you to get your vaccine has to be a health violation. I repeat, THEIR VACCINE ROOM IS SO DIRTY IT HAS TO BE A HEALTH VIOLATION. Someone needs to investigate this place because the tiny room they took me to to get my shot was covered in garbage. empty boxes, papers, random shit just all over and covered the floors. every surface in there was very dirty and I prescheduled my appointment so there was no excuse. Additionally, I prebooked my appointment and still had to wait over half an hour as the pharmacist took walk ups and sat around talking to one another until I finally said I would leave if they couldn't get it done asap and they told me that they double booked people and yet still weren't prepared to give either of us shots. I have never been so uncomfortable receiving anything medical as I was going to them for the shot. It was horrid. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I promise, any other store around will be cheaper, better, and more sanitary. But no matter what, do not trust that pharmacy to give you your shot. I am shocked they haven't caused any infections by now.This pharmacy is so bad, it needs to be shut down because they make someone seriously sick. Do not give them any business. We need to make sure they go under and get closed or else someone will get seriously I'll from going there. Walgreens, I know you're a dying business but either do better or just close your stores. I'd recommend doing it before your pharmacy kills a customer from dirty contaminated vaccines so you can avoid the major lawsuit that will follow.

Would leave 0 stars if i could. Most unprofessional workers i've ever seen. And a pharmacy that barely functions. Go somewhere else, don't support Walgreens.

Worst Walgreens you can go to the management is nasty and rude some of the pharmacist are i do not recommend after my 3rd trip today I was able to pick up after having to argue with the pharmacist then call to complain to the manager and they must be involved because he became upset upon my complaint I love Walgreens but this one has a very nasty team!!!

Walgreens Pharmacy can do a lot better when it comes to precription refill and pickup. Don’t send me a email telling me my meds is ready for pickup and when I go to pick it up it’s not even ready for another 20 to 30 minutes or have gotten their and the pharmacy is close due to no staff. Other than that I have gotten there and be in and out.

Took a covid test 1/6 and still have not gotten results back. PCR was supposed to be 24-72 hours - not so much as an email update regarding the additional delay and we missed our flights and lost money. Thanks Walgreens

Went to pick up my prescription. Never thought I'd be treated like garbage for just asking if I still needed to show my insurance card. I hope she was just having a bad day but judging by previous reviews I doubt it. Will return for the Pokémon cards but I'll go somewhere else for my meds.

The pharmacy is horrible! My insurance only covered part of my prescription and instead of telling me they took it upon themselves to give me a week worth of what I had a full month script for without saying anything. I almost made it home and when I got back, I had to pay for the entire script. The issue here is I should have been informed before leaving and also if my insurance covers a week, I should be able to pay for what is left, not the entire prescription. Won't be back for this purpose ever.

Absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy is on Riverview and Gull road in Kalamazoo Michigan. They refused my request to have the flu shot recommended for people 65 plus. I'm 19 days short of my 65th birthday. It's a recommendation nothing more.
