I have four mothly prescriptions with automatic refills. It's consistently the same four. This pharmacy manages to get all four prescriptions right about 8% of the time... 3 times in the last 36 months. Even though they knew the refills were coming because of auto-refill, they never had my medication on hand when it came time to refill. And then blamed the insurance company for making me come in multiple times to pick up the partial refills. The website is nice, but doesn't seem to actually connect with the pharmacy's systems since turning auto-refills on/off has no effect on what the pharmacy actually does. I have moved all my prescriptions to another pharmacy and they manage to get it right on the first try. I would not use this pharamacy if I were you.

This store is located in a very nice neighborhood. I have noticed that it is not very well maintained. Just picked up an rx and their parking lot is full of garbage and inside the floors look like they have not been cleaned in ages. The drive thru pharmacy had been broken for months and no one seems to know when it will be fixed. I have used this pharmacy for years, but thinking of changing

Normally I would recommend this Walgreens pharmacy, but I am very frustrated with them today. I just spent 45 minutes in line at the drive thru pharmacy only to get to the front of the line and have no one there to help me. The person in front me got their prescriptions. I tried the call button and it just rang and rang until it hung up on me. I went inside and was told that the entire pharmacy takes lunch from 1:30-2. sent photos in using the app, like always, and head in a few hours later to pick them up to find a sign saying photo lab down. the cashier says there is an outage at all the walgreens affecting the photo software. first off, why would the walgreens app let me turn in my photo order if it wasn't printing orders. 2nd, no communication from them whatsoever to let me know it was down. she said it's been down for days yet they are still taking orders. makes no sense and completely frustrating.

Pretty much your typical Walgreens. The store was clean and looked nice, but there were a lot of items out of stock. I went in specifically looking for hair products, and the men's section was sorely lacking several options (empty spots on the shelves). The cashier kind. I'd come back if needed, but I might look elsewhere first.

Great customer service! The associates are always nice and asks if I need help looking for anything. Definitely sign up for the Walgreens free membership card which has a lot of perks and coupons! They do have weekly deals. You can either check them online from their website or grab a paper when you go in the store. Have tried the pharmacy only once asking for a suggestion and getting a single prescription. Pretty fast. The service at pharmacy can sometimes be off due to their rush hours.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. I tried to fill a prescription here yesterday and the pharmacy tech stated that the medication would be in the next day. I called around 2:30pm because I didn't hear back yet and the pharmacy tech stated the medication was on back order and he would call me within the hour after he checked with all of the surrounding Walgreens to see if they had it in stock. After 2.5 hours and still no call, I called the pharmacy and another pharmacy tech told me that all of the other Walgreens in the surrounding area did not have the medication in stock. I stated that it was unprofessional that no one called to at least tell me that and he gave me an insincere apology and told me to check at a Walmart or Rite aid pharmacy. I won't be doing business with this Walgreens in the future and suggest no one else does if you need the pharmacy's services in the future. They won't call you back with time sensitive information.
