I have had the micro beads in my hair for over a month my friend in Detroit who usually does my hair was recovering from surgery. So I had to go some where new. I called Bridgett she said she knew what she was doing. Went to her house. She did my hair which there is one maybe two mirrors in her basement where she does your hair in a kid chair...Came home after calling the insurance office because her son smashed into my car. Which is all taken care of I am not even upset about that. Within 24 hours I have had 5 extensions fall out (which I had it in over a month before and lost 4) and the tip of the extensions has hard glue at the end of the hair which are scraping my scalp which is leaving sores all over my head and to top it off I can't even brush my hair because she never even combed out my growth which is now all matted together. When I called her and told her I wanted my money back to go get it done by someone who knew what they were doing she says she has a non-refund policy. Total paid $200 she charged me $150 I left her a $50 tip and this is how she treats her customers......Please contact Bliss salon they fixed it and they were cheaper then her if you want your hair to look wonderful and done right. I wish I would of went there to begin with.
