I wanted to take the time to appreciate the manager Walter and his representative Alex for their transparency and honesty today while helping me with my issues. I went to get a new phone as a treat to myself (after shattering my phone completely an hour prior). I just moved to the Kalamazoo area and truly their service and personable charisma was a blessing. Nothing was going right when I was trying to create a pick up order and new line online and even though these two were not able to fix the immediate problem at hand (was out of everyone’s control, and trust me they tried; I was there for a solid 2 - 2 1/2 hours) I still was able to leave with exactly what I wanted. Thank you again, Alex and Walter, for being so customer oriented even in a position where commission is crucial to your jobs. I appreciate you both so much!

I went in there earlier in the week to see how long it would take to get and set up our new phones and they told me it would be very quick, around 30 minutes. It took over 3 hours for our phones to switch over. As I looked around it kind of seemed like everyone else had been told the same thing as it was taking them longer than expected. They told us that the new phones needed to update before we could set them up which I understand but that should have been communicated before hand so we knew we were waisting a Saturday sitting in a store.

Went the the Verizon store in portage and had a terrible experience so I decided to go to this one instead and we ended up getting to the store 30 mins before close. Needed a new phone because my girlfriend destroyed hers. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Jacob? I can't remember his name for sure but he was the most helpful guy I could have gotten. He got us all set and out the door in under 15 mins even including two hiccups in the purchase process. Most helpful person I could have ever hoped for. If you guys read your reviews take care of this guy. Jacob if you get to see this, thanks for your help we really appreciate it.

Beware of the store and employees. They outright lie to sell anything they can and once you catch on to their lies Verizon makes it your responsibility. Going to BBB, a lawyer and will blast Verizon all over social media. Verizon are crooks and scammers

Bought a screen protector here because the sales person stated that it had a lifetime warranty and they would replace it at the store if there was any issue. Tried to collect on the warranty today and was told to go figure it out directly with the manufacturer. Would recommend others to buy their screen protector off Amazon as the quality is the same as from the verizon store at a much lower cost.

Big shout out for Mike and Nick. Thanks Mike for taking the extra time to help my parents upgrade their antique phones to the new iPhone.
