2001 Seneca Ln, Kalamazoo“Please, do not let these negative comments alter your mind about staying at the staybridge suites here in Kalamazoo. I’d like to extend a special thanks to Zesus & the night time staff. Tiffany and the kitchen staff. Our house was destroyed by the tornado so insurance placed us at this hotel, our family has been here for several nights but I must say the staff and hotel stay has been phenomenal. Zesus goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and happiness in his customers. I am a satisfied customer. Rooms were clean, laundry room was convenient, kitchen staff even accommodated that our family does not eat meat! Thank you staybridge! Byrd family appreciates you all!”
“We went to a concert there Saturday night. The concert was amazing but the security was lacking. There was a fight in the pit, and security just pointed their flashlight and finger at the people while bystanders were flagging them down and asking for help. I thought that was pretty crazy. I'm glad I was up in the seats.”
“As artists scheduled to participate in the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts Fair this year, we wanted to thank and give a shout out to Nancy Waldoch, who has been most responsive and efficient in providing artists with information about the Fair, including a Zoom meeting conducted last Friday. In the many shows we have done, there has never been a Zoom meeting. This was a first. She had security at the meeting to answer questions and present precautions. Thank you, Jason. We really got the sense that Nancy had artists needs in mind when she created the placement of the booths. Thank you, Nancy and all the awesome people at the KIA creating ART opportunities. You Rock! #ArtistsSupportingArtists”

3443 Retail Pl Dr, Kalamazoo“Nice place! Came for a night away with a friend for a girls weekend. The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. Loved having the ice maker in the fridge. I was sad to learn they didn't have a pool or breakfast (she booked it not me). Whoever was on the floor above us must have been tap dancing all night...very loud. But overall a great stay!”
“Absolutely amazing service! Our dog chewed my daughter's pointe shoes this morning (Thursday), literal days before her recital on Sunday. I called, they answered before store hours, and had new shoes waiting for me when they opened. I drove over three hours round trip and will gladly do it again!”

2747 S 11th St, Kalamazoo“I chose this hotel over my usual hotel because of the hot tub. Unfortunately I was not able to use it. The first day I went, it was full of water and running, but it was closed. The second day, it was completely drained. I did have the pool to myself both days, though.
I chose a room leading to the Atrium. It was great not having to walk down a hall way and across the hotel to get to the pool.
The free breakfast was great. I loved being able to choose any entree from the breakfast menu. Although, an explanation of how it worked at check in would have been nice. I didn't recieve my vouchers until my second day, when I booked my room for another night.
My room was clean and comfy. A chair would have been nice to sit in, though. I didn't really like having to sit on the bed all the time. The desk chair was comfortable, but I didn't want to sit in it to relax and watch t.v. A microwave in the room would have been nice as well.
The fridge was the perfect size.
The hotel was generally quiet. Children in the Atrium were noticeable, but I loved the sound of children's laughter.
I live in Kalamazoo and I knew where the hotel was, but I still drove past the entrance. The sign is very small and hard to see.
All staff members were very friendly. I have no complaints about any one.
Overall, I loved this hotel and will definitely choose it again when I need a mini staycation.”
“Rooms are okay. They are clean but breakfast is too expensive for what they serve. You can go to Denny’s down the road and get better food. We had a non working refrigerator in our room but they did come to replace it. But left the broken one in our room taking up space instead of taking it with them.”

100 Monroe St, Kalamazoo“It's very exciting to be there. Every room is different. Comfortable and clean. The view from the rooftop is brilliant. You can Enjoy there your hattub with glass of wine ?”
“We came here with a group and stayed for a couple hours for the live jazz, food, and drinks. All of the food was incredible (we had just about one of everything), drinks were great, and the service was top notch. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!”
