Terrible service at this location, they have an "any excuse not to deliver" mentality here. Had a package that needed signature and took a day off, no show. Tracking said they would deliver on Friday and I had someone to meet them, they came on Thursday instead. Note said they were gonna leave it at ups store for 2 weeks, 6 days later I get a call saying they were shipping it back tomorrow. I came home a day early on my vacation to get it. So they basically lied to me 3 times, cut short my vacation, and made me take a vacation day for no reason. I couldn't tell if it was incompetence, unproffessionalism or just business as usual, probably a little of all 3.

If I could give zero stars, I would, UPS is refusing to deliver my packages and when I speak to customer representatives they keep promising things that never happen. So now I have 3 packages that UPS has, one of them I paid for second day and the next opportunity for them to deliver will make the delivery over 5 days late and they still most likely won't deliver them. UPS has stolen my packages and my money and at this point and no one over there will do anything about it.

Useless UPS store. Cannot even organize their shipments. Always misplaces the package and have no clue on anything. Dumb place.

Not sure why I was asked about a visit here as I've never been there. However, I was supposed to be there today though for a tour as I was going to work there for the holidays but wasn't able to finish the last of the "paper" work. Not sure why they couldn't just let me bring in what they needed instead of having a 2nd person send it to them. Weird application process. As far as what they do, I've never had issues with anything delivered by them

UPS store would not take my package (their driver is apparently not qualified to take bike chain lube, even though they delivered it originally), so I had to go up to the distribution center only to find that it is closed during their open hours.

Can not contact a live person, or anyone for that matter. Always messing up packages. Can’t deliver so I have to go and pick up.

Simply the WORST i continue to get packages that aren’t mine, the addresses that come up are up to 2 miles away, this just shows that your drivers don’t care. You can’t ask for help with this at ups because they pester you for a tracking number. ITS NOT MY PACKAGE ITS NOT MY JOB COME BACK AND PICK IT UP

Only been here once, but the person working the counter was incredibly nice. Most of my other experiences in other locations have resulted in dealing with someone who does not hide their misery.

We have problems every time we expect a UPS delivery. They don't show up, get delivered to the wrong house, or, my favorite yet, lie and say that receiver was not home to accept delivery. I work from home, so I'm always available to accept deliveries! We have tried to resolve problems by calling the customer service line and visiting the local center. We have opened claims, none of which have ever been resolved satisfactorily. We never received the reimbursement they said we would get for a package they lost. We are currently waiting for a package to arrive today that has been delayed twice already. When I explored picking it up at UPS ourselves, they wanted to charge me $6 per box! Forget it. We will avoid UPS at all costs from now on. Meanwhile, FedEx and Amazon deliver to our house reliably every day.

Knocked at the door and booked it before I could get pants on. Pretty sure they pre-write their failed delivery slips. Then I request to have it left at warehouse. Never called to confirm like they said they would. No updated shipment information. No idea if I should go to the warehouse or wait at home again. Classic UPS. Never had a good experience.

Waited all day for my delivery that was already two days late.. I was diligently checking my phone all day to receive status updates. Even sat in the living room to keep an eye out for the delivery driver all day. JUST TO SEE HIM BARREL PAST MY HOME IN HIS VAN AND THEN PROCEED TO MARK MY DELIVERY AS “ATTEMPTED DELIVERY - The receiver was not available for delivery.” The driver didn’t slow down. Didn’t get out the vehicle. Didn’t knock. Didn’t honk. Didn’t even look in my homes direction. But he conveniently had his foot on the gas as he sped past my home. Absolute bull?!!! Is it policy for drivers to now lie about attempting delivery? Did I misread the terms and conditions somewhere? I understand things happen but when you lie and say “receiver was not available” is just a dead slap in the face. Honestly this is something I’d expect from USPS and NOT UPS. What a shame.

Ups needs a 0 star rating. My overnight delivery was on the wrong truck for delivery. I got the runaround until the package was at the right hub and I had to do an in person pickup. The best part was the fact the final status was attempted delivery. I have three cameras and i caught the main driver by my house. He even said it’s not with him but on the wrong truck. Guess what it has happened again today. I have heard of incompetence but this is on a whole new level. How hard is it to 1. Put the package on the right truck 2. Hire someone who can do basic sorting. This is so pathetic!

There's zero reason I should have to pay the pickup fee for a package when my instructions on Amazon tell you to leave the package in a designated area-ESPECIALLY when you don't even have a phone number listed. Thanks for making my Friday frustrating.
