I went in there yesterday to ship something. The person told me it would be $85 plus the price of a box. I explained it didn’t need to be that rushed. I declined. On the ups site it was less than 25 to arrive in 4-5days. That’s a savings of $60. Shameful practices!

This store is the best! I had to mail about 50 packages for work anround the holiday season and Tyler & August provided the best customer service! I was in and out as fast as possible for as many orders as I had and they were so kind, respectful, and helpful! All of my packages made it in time and they organized all of my tracking slips for me! I’ll be back to this location for future orders. Tyler & August deserve a raise- they were so great!

We had a bunch of Amazon returns (in the order of 35 packages), but August had such a great attitude and made the process so smooth. Definitely would recommend going back.

Wow. This is my go to ups store for two years now and the service is usually great and as expected with most of the employees there. I am usually serviced by a young woman who is very good but…today (march 23, 2023) I was mailing a 400.00 coat and the rep named Shane got the address completely wrong as well as the name of the recipient despite my providing in print on my phone what the info was. He forgot even the “L” at the end of the name Michael. Not sure if he was tired but when I faxed some info to my bank and realized the error Shane made I drove back to the ups store and caught my package in time to make the correction (did not wait till next day thankfully) and this time it was Shawn who couldn’t get my name and address as sender or the recipient info wrong and I had to write it out rather than just show him the print on my phone. I’m sorry but how do people get hired to work at UPS who cannot seem to spell and continuously make mistake after mistake where the customer has to catch everything and basically do their job? How does this happen? Will need to go to another ups store in the future

This is really the blind leading the blind. The owners should be embarrassed the way this store is operated. Closing the store early on December 23rd 2022 because of "weather" BEFORE the UPS driver had even delivered packaged to this address.. SCREWING some people out of Christmas Presents.Then on February 21st 2023 arrive to pickup a package I had sent to this location (because it's more secure and someone is there to receive it) and there's a sign that they are closing at 3pm due to "utility issues".Let's be clear this place charges you $5 a package to accept packages on your behalf. I am not sure what "utilities" were down, but from the way this place does business it most likely was their internet. If ya can't sell new labels, screw the other customers that plan to arrive for their packages.Place needs to be closed and the franchise agreement terminated.I noticied on Google Reviews they have 3.4 stars..and for good reason. Believe what your eyes show you folks. Stay far away from this operation.

Rude staff. Had racist vibes. Had to use UPS twice coz receiver did not accept Fedex and both times staff was rude. Recommend Fedex - super friendly and helpful staff. Been using Fedex all time.

I don’t understand why Amazon and UPS cannot streamline returns more easily!The employee here actually has pre printed/laminated cards with the phone numbers for Amazon and UPS?Glad I went here since Amazon return had failed at WMU dorm for 3 months of scheduled pick ups.Workers were polite and kind. I needed both :)

I walked in to send out a Christmas package to my brother in LA and Asmina was very unnecessarily rude to me for not understanding her question/phrasing properly. She asked if I was dropping off, which I was (or so I thought), so I said yes. Then after looking at the package, she rudely asked if I had label a QR code for her, which I replied no, and in the most snotty, off putting, demeaning way she snapped and said “WeLl yOU SaiD yOu WeRE DroPpiNg ofF” which I barely knew how to reply to. I’ll be avoiding Asmina as to not be talked down to in the future.

Store lost my package second time this month. Male employee was very rude even though we received the notification from the store about this package. Owners are not responding.

If more places were as friendly and efficient as the UPS store the world would be a better place. I don’t think I’ve ever spent more than 3 minutes in the store, even when the line was to the door.

My mistake. I shipped the wrong phone to my carrier. They went WAY out of their way to retrieve the package. I highly recommend. Convenient location. Nice store. Very attentive and friendly staff.
