We recently came to the UPS Store to find a notary service. Aiden took care of us! He was extremely personable, ready to help, knowldegable, and efficient! We had our document signed and faxed in no time with no hassles. Thank you, Aiden!!

Stopped at this location to mail out some collectibles. Wasn’t super sure how to do it, used to packaging items myself and needing a specific box, but Aidan came to the rescue. Aidan showed exemplary customer service. He took his time, was very patient, considerate and professional. He carefully packaged my items, found the best value for me and was friendly the entire experience. Will certainly be using UPS in the future for more shipping.

UPS has consistently provided a terrible experience where I am not able to get my packages. They've randomly ignored the need for a signature on important packages. They hold your package at a seemingly random nearby business. These businesses are always further from my house than this store is, and their hours prevent me from picking it up when this stores hours are not.

I had a pkg that needed to be next day air and their website says to have it there by 1 pm Sat for last pickup. I was there at 12:20 and they told me I missed it by 20 min. Infuriating! Now it won't leave until Mon. Please change your time on your website to noon if that's what's accurate!

Always super fast and easy. They take your unboxed return, scan your return qr code, print you a tracking receipt, and you're done. The self-serve works well too, a little tricky to learn the first time but if there is a long line (only experienced that once so far), the self-serve kiosks are an option. They do a very good job here.

I went in there yesterday to ship something. The person told me it would be $85 plus the price of a box. I explained it didn’t need to be that rushed. I declined. On the ups site it was less than 25 to arrive in 4-5days. That’s a savings of $60. Shameful practices!
