They dont open at 8 or answer the phone, somebodys either not doing there job or there hours on the building are wrong, waited outside for 15mins after there opening time and phone went straight to voicemail and door stayed locked! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Made appointments for a Saturday then tried to call about issues we were having getting there on time. My wife made her finger printing appointment and was hoping to fit me in when the rudest woman told her she was not obligated to answer phones on Saturday. If that's the policy then fine but please state so somewhere so we could have made other arrangements. The woman was so rude I would rather travel 4 hours in any other direction than go back.

I had fingerprinting done at this location with the owner, Rick. The staff up front were so friendly. The building is clean and new and comfortable even if a little small. And Rick was so kind and patient. I would highly recommend TestSource if you would like your employees (or yourself) to be well taken care of. Thank you!
