I love this salon. It has a good vibe. I love how they do appointments and remind you via texts makes my life so easy. I see Jessie and she does an excellent job. I have short hair so I am very particular about this as many people cannot cut good short hair.

Over priced. The color wasn't at all what I wanted. And the stylist ragged on my hair the entire time. The receptionist was very nice, as was the owner. However, the stylest left me unimpressed for the price I payed.

Hate to come back and give this place a negative review almost three months later even after I have been reimbursed for a good portion of the cost, but I am only now beginning to really see the damage of what has happened. The cut was pretty good, but the dye job is driving me mad. I had streaks done, but they dyed my entire head with the strongest blue I didn't even know was possible. I've dyed my hair personally and professionally countless times before and been able to remove it easily, but nothing I do is getting this out of my hair, which is now stuck a permanent green that is painfully difficult to cover up. The original cost was nearly $300. I do appreciate being reimbursed for the majority of the damage, but I have to leave a negative review to state that this place is by no means perfect, despite the appearance that the other reviews state otherwise.

Great people, great little atmosphere, great product line and have never had a bad cut! Jessie is great with my long hair and she's also super thoughtful in dealing with my physical limitations (Crohns warrior). And regardless of who you see- Jeremy (color guru) is always a treat to share your salon time with. Laughter is good medicine!
