Do not book here. It was awful - so bad, we didn't stay. The carpets were filthy. The front lobby was dirty. The clerk at the desk ignored me for 5 minutes when I showed up to check-in (she was on a personal call). The first room they tried to put us in was under construction. The second room didn't have a working heater. The last room they offered us hadn't been cleaned. They had no more rooms, so we asked for our money back and went elsewhere. Awful!Noteworthy details: Run down and not in any condition to receive guests.

Good location but awkward atmosphere. Third floor rooms are great, not the best for the price but are clean and they workRooms: Second floor is a nightmare with roaches, no carpet and broken tvs.

Believe the name should be changed to section 8, how can this place be in business? Pretty sure every bathroom door is punched through and im pretty sure i may need to see a doctor for a check up after staying here for 15 minutes before deciding to

The hotel was dirty. Waste in the toilet, hair in the shower, debris on the floor, carpets dirty. There were a lot of people who seemed to be staff or connected with staff arguing in the halls and parking lot. All in all a bad experience.

The only thing good about this place is the staff which were very friendly. We didn’t check in until after 7PM and there were dirty sheets just rolled up laying in the hallway as well as other items. Once we got to the room you could plainly see the room door had been kicked in at-least once. The security chain was bent (see photo). There were bugs walking around on the ceiling. Someone’s bread sticks still in the microwave that were rock hard and a tub of sour cream in the fridge that was frozen. The bath tub was busted and caulk to try to patch the cracks(see photo). The sink was also cracked and the bathroom door had a hole in it and was separated at the bottom that someone tried to hold together with what looked like red electrical tape. Nothing in this place was in even in fair condition… Do not go here!Safety: Did not seem like a safe place to be.

Calling this place a dump is an insult to dumps everywhere. Absolutely deplorable conditions, thank God it's a no smoking hotel unless it's weed, crack or meth, which seemed to be ok with the staff. Toilet didn't flush, but at least the clerk has a crusty plunger she gave me to fix it myself. Shelf in bathroom was suspended in place by an extension cord, dead bugs smashed into the wall by a previous guest, party in the parking lot greeted us upon arriving, no breakfast as advertised, super sketchy characters hanging around the place, stunk like weed and cat urine, doors and furniture duct taped together, bath tub looked like it was used to dismember bodies at one time. Basically a trap house, I feel sorry for the kids being forced by their druggy parents to stay here. Wyndham should be ashamed to be affiliated with this should be condemned hell hole. Nobody should stay here, too bad there's no zero star review option or refund option. ???Safety: Sketchy af

I’m scared to leave my room. I’m forced to stay here because it’s non-refundable. Never would have chosen this hotel if I knew how ghetto it was. My TV doesn’t work so there’s nothing to distract me from all the druggies running up and down the stairs and yelling outside. Also was never given any Wi-Fi information at check-in. No microwave or fridge. When I first walked in my room the smoke alarm was going off to signal low battery. Room smells terrible. The people who live here just hang around outside doing god knows what- making me feel super uncomfortable just walking to my car. A woman was screaming on and off for an hour- no one seemed alarmed by it. Just had a guy banging my door down thinking it was someone else’s room. Took a shower and the tub moved so much I thought it was going to fall through the floor. Pubes/hair on my sheets, stains on the floor. Bathroom towels have black stains on them. A DIRTY SOPPING WET TOWEL with black stuff on it was still hanging on the shower curtain rod from the last guests!! The A/C is terrible and took a few hours to cool down this very small room. Someone took my ‘Do Not Disturb” sign off my doorknob. Random people are sleeping in the stairwell right outside my door. There’s trash bags everywhere. I hope my car doesn’t get broken into (I’ve been watching from my window). This is hands-down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’m just hoping to leave unscathed. I can’t believe this was $70 just to have the worst experience of my life. I would rather have slept in my car.Edit to add: Just had another two guys bang my door down at 10:30 PM asking for someone. Idk if they are just trying to get me to open my door or if they’re really looking for this person. Anyways, I’m not opening the door for anyone at all tonight. Was woken up at 4:30 AM by some other guys knocking on my door and my smoke alarm chirping. Yelled at them to stop.Update: Woke up this morning itchy all over, mostly on my back. I think its bed bug bites. Was told last night to talk to the front desk in the morning to get a refund. Spoke with them and they said they would have to get “approval”. I will be talking with Super 8 corporate and sending them all the pictures I took.Update 2 days later: Super 8 corporate received my pictures and I told them my experience. They told me the owner of this hotel would reach out and should refund me. Still have not heard from anyone that works at this hotel.Update: 2 weeks later and still have not heard from ANYONE at this hotel. I have escalated the issue with Priceline. Will be contacting various authorities about the inhospitable conditions of this hotel.Update: It has been over a month and I still have not heard from the management of this hotel. I have made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and health department. I will continue fighting this until I am refunded for this stay.Final update: After waiting for a response from this hotel (still no response) and escalating the issue with Priceline, Super 8, and the Better Business Bureau- I disputed the charge with my credit card company and won the dispute with all the evidence I had. PLEASE spare yourself the trouble and NEVER STAY HERE. This place needs to be shut down!!!

We both said, "What a pit!" when we entered the hallway to our room and saw a few pieces of clothes and candy wrappers on the floor. Still, we gave this place one star for a comfortable bed, although it was hard to get into because it was about 3 feet off the floor. Also, the staff people we dealt with were nice and helpful. The place was fairly clean except for the little bugs that came out on the bathroom floor when we turned the light on. And, then there were the noises. The worst one was a loud gong noise from somewhere nearby. It sounded like there was a dumpster that the lid was being dropped on. Really irritating at 3:30AM. Another noise problem was the A/C fan. Although it was loud, we would have been able to filter it out except that it cycled on and off very frequently. We couldn't get the TV to work at all until we figured out that 2 of the 4 outlets in the set behind the TV were not working. Once we got the TV plugged in to a working outlet, it turned on but we could never get the remote to change it to a different station. Did I mention the dog barking in a nearby room? We had planned to stay for three nights, but we bailed after one night. No questions from the staff. That must happen a lot. We went to the Red Roof motel across town and got a room that was ten times better and cost about $6 less per night.

If I could give zero stars I would. The building is horrible, rooms were dirty and not cleaned after a guest.

Stayed here 10 years ago in 2013, and it was fine. Now....it's an absolutely disgusting fleabag full of dope fiends. First room they gave me was infested w/ bedbugs. Second one smelled of urine/feces, had a bloody towel left in a drawer, no working lamps or TV. Saw the room directly below mine on ground level have the window glass smashed out and illegally entered at midnight. Told the girl working the front desk, & she did nothing. Was loud all night w/ people screaming, barking dogs, young children (somehow up at 3am).Avoid this place at all costs. If it's the last hotel available to you--sleep In your car. I spent the entire night wishing I had.

I stayed here awhile back and if you have a family I strongly suggest staying elsewhere, every night people would scream outside and or fight and it was really uncomfortable. I had my dog with me and I was gone for 15 minutes at most shopping and had left her in the room and they were trying to make me move to a whole different room because "she barked" not to mention I just had knee surgery and I was put on the 2nd floor!! While I was having a argument with my boyfriend one of the days we stayed the hotel maid pounded on the door demanding to "see the female" and we were literally just talking angrily at one another. And then she said we can't "say those things or they would kick us out" no breakfast was included. Very racists peoplethat lived their. I tried to order pizza and they almost didn't deliver because their was such a high crime rate area which I did NOT know about until already at the room overall HIGHLY NOT recommended. When I tried to checkout no one showed up after 20 minutes of waiting with no signs or numbers to call eventually just ended up leaving. And not to mention the fact that I had no microwave or mini fridge

There was a bag of trash right in front of my door when I arrived yesterday. The front desk staff were high when I came back to my room tonight. They could not understand what I was saying. It’s currently 11:45pm and there are guys screaming and banging doors in the hall way. My room is shaking as they bang on the doors. I’m about to pack up and just drive to a Walmart to spend the night. When I checked out in the morning there was a half naked guy in the lobby. Apparently high on drugs as well.P.s. there’s a fly in my room that bugged me all night, and the bathtub looks like thisUpdate: the toilet and cigarette smell (I asked for a bone smoking room!) stuck to all my clothes and backpack. I had to spray and wash everything when I got home.Rooms: My room smells like a public restroomSafety: Guys screaming and threading ppl in the hall way, ppl smoking weed on the lawn, feels like I’m in ghetto

Don't ever think about approaching this establishment. We booked a room and were given the run around that they didn't have any rooms available; blaming it on a 3rd party. We were then double charged and told that refunds can only be done by a certain management who of course wasn't in office. The permanent residents make it feel like an incredibly hostile environment. As soon as we checked in, there were sweaty and aggressive locals outside of our door that made the environment feel unwelcome/dangerous.We stayed in our room for a total of 5 minutes and high tailed it out of there. It's a disaster worst than the Titanic.Stay far, far away.

Dangerous motel. Garbage everywhere. Drugs. Extended stay for drug addicts and the homeless. Canceled reservation upon arrival. They refused to refund our money. Canceled payment to them by calling our credit card company. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL. HORRIBLE. I had to give it a one star rating but they deserve zero and.a visit.from the health inspector regarding the piles of garbage and.rat infestations
