My wife and I just had a trainwreck of an experienced getting our rearview mirror replaced. We dropped the car off at 10:30am on Oct 31st, as per THE DEALERSHIPS recommendation as it was after they recieve the parts they needed. This installation is one that, even if there were other customers ahead of us in a queue, really shouldn't have taken longer than 2 hours. We heard NOTHING from them, about anything, until my wife called to ask about our car and how it was doing a bit before 5pm. We then found out it had been done for awhile, and that the technician had left already. (apparently without informing anyone or doing his paperwork.) We were then told that the shuttles stopped running at 4:30, but if we could make it by 5:30, we could pick up our car or they could send a shuttle first thing in the morning. We had to call a friend at work to even remotely have a chance of getting there on time, but we told them we could probably make it.Our friend ran into traffic, so I called to let them know we were going to be a bit late. I was then bluntly told that their Service Center closes at 5:30. I replied that I knew that, but we had scheduled to pick up our car and we would be there as soon as possible. I was then put on indefinite hold, and was actually still on hold when we entered the building. Where we discovered everyone who could have possibly put us on hold had gone home. Let me emphasize this: THEY PUT US ON HOLD. THEN LEFT THE BUILDING. I have no idea what their policies are but I am sure as hell that violates more than one of them.Luckily the first person we ran into, Victor, went out of his way to help us. He didn't even work in a department linked to Services, he worked in Sales. He shouldn't have needed to help with ANY of this. But he was the only person who helped us in this entire process. He even expressed confusion as to why they didn't just set us up with picking up our car using a kiosk they have specifically for getting cars after service center hours.Needless to say this entire experience was UNACCECPTABLE and had it not been for Victor this review would likely have been considerably more foully worded. It is NEVER OK to put someone on hold and leave. EVER. And the technician who went home without letting anyone know our car was ready or submitting our paperwork cost us HOURS of our lives on Halloween. Time we had originally intended to put to much more productive use. This was INACCUSABLE and I intend to follow-up with the Service manager as soon as possible.

Horrible customer service. At 536p I called the service department to change an appointment time. I was informed the service department closed at 530p. I stated that I found it hard to believe that every mechanic walked out at 530p, however the woman that answered phone assured me that everyone left promptly at 530p. Called Fox Subaru a minute later and a mechanic was more than happy to get me in a day earlier than Maple Hill and assured me they answered their phones until at least 6p even though their service department closes at 530p.

Maple Hill did a great job of fixing my wheel bearing issue. The tech was very efficient and explained everything perfectly. Loved my experience with the shop.

I brought my basicly brand new subaru (16k miles) in to get looked at because when I had 6 cases of pop in my trunk the suspension looked to be defective with the rear wheels looking very diagonal vs straight up and down. I mentioned that i was trying to tow a single jetski with the car also. When they looked at it they told me there was no way they could test "a lot of weight" in the trunk and the notes only talk about the towing issue and dont talk about the weight in the trunk issue. When i picked up my vehicle they were quick and happy to take my money but did not try to understand my issue any further or attempt to help me in any way besides washing my car. 2 star only because they were able to get me in 6 days from when I called for the appointment. Where as the local Ram dealer was a month out for appointments. I would only go back if there was no other option.

Tony was a huge help. Answered all of our questions and made the process a lot easier. No pressure and I’m now driving the nicest car I’ve ever owned. Ask for Tony Galvan!

Trash establishment with terrible service writers. Had an issue with clutch master cylinder failure(known issue, TSB for it etc.) and they tried to charge me for hundreds of dollars in unauthorized diagnostic work. GET ESTIMATES IN WRITING AND KEEP COPIES. You can only be charged for work you signed and authorized, regardless of what you may be told.

Update: Victor and Maple Hill took care of my issue promptly, and much to my appreciation. My main focus of this review is surrounding my recent experience trying to buy a USED car from Maple Hill. (I had a decent experience buying a NEW Subaru from Maple Hill a few years ago.)There is no easy way to say this, however Tony Galvin on the used car sales team is not the type of salesman I would want other customers to experience. For context - Maple Hill had a vehicle I was interested in online, and I used their website tool to inquire if the vehicle was still available. Tony responded promptly and said it was available, and asked if there was a time I'd like to come look at it. I ended up coming by shortly before closing on a Saturday to look at/drive the vehicle.Unfortunately at this time, there were several red flags with Tony's communication style that I should have heeded. That Saturday I asked Tony to provide me with a few bits of information, one of which was the inspection report that Maple Hill performs on all their used vehicles. I had to ask him another 4 times, over the course of 2 days to eventually provide this to me.5 times. And, along the way he never told me why he hadn't/couldn't provide said document. I was never provided a full explanation for why it took so long to provide a document that Tony cited they had and first offered to give to me.Eventually throughout the week we negotiated to a price I was comfortable with, and I put a $500 deposit down to reserve the vehicle while I arranged a 3rd party inspection.Unfortunately the vehicle (2017 Porsche) was found to have several critical issues that amounted to significant money on top of the purchase price. In an effort to not waste anyone's time by negotiating further, I drove the Porsche back from inspection to Maple Hill, handed Tony the keys and plate, and asked for confirmation that my $500 deposit would be refunded by end of the day.I dropped the vehicle off at approximately 12:30pm on Friday, and spoke to Tony 2 more times that day, both times he promised to confirm my money was being refunded. This did not happen.I called Tony approximately 12pm on Saturday as my money had still not been refunded, and I had not received confirmation that it had been. Once again, Tony promised he would do it by end of day. Since they close at 3pm on Saturday, and I had not received confirmation from Tony by 2:45pm, I called Victor - his manager - to no avail. As of Sunday, I still do not have an email confirmation or explanation for why my money has not been refunded even though Maple Hill has their vehicle back.Additionally - after agreeing to a price, I asked for a finance estimate 3 times, and ultimately after a full week, never received. I offered to buy a car, and Tony never provided me with financials or the name of the finance manager. In summary: I'm not even disappointed that the vehicle purchase fell through, there are other cars out there. I'm incredibly disappointed that this could have been one of the easiest sales for Tony to make, and somehow he couldn't seem respond in a timely manner, follow through with his word, and be transparent about the details needed.Tony didnt have to "sell" me on this vehicle - I already knew I wanted it - I simply thought a basic level of professionalism and follow through would happen.

Very disappointed with maple hill Subaru.I’ve been a Volkswagen customer for years and never had any issues. I dropped off my car on a Monday by Friday I had to call the advisor because I hadn’t heard anything back. The advisor then told me that my car hasn’t been in the shop since Monday and that the tech had been working on another car. The next week comes around and they told me they weren’t able to drive my car because of the road conditions but the roads were not bad.My care has a Tune on it which anyone who works on cars would clearly see. They changed a part on my car that didn’t fix the problem I paid $500 for them to have my car for 2 weeks. They didn’t fix the problem I took it in for but replaced the aftermarket parts with OEM parts. Once I told them the car wasn’t fixed they wanted to charge me another $140 to look at it again.

After my Yelp review, I got into service the next day. It turned out to be a minor issue with the gas cap. Thank you YELP and thank you service manager for getting me in quickly.

Called with question about security light and was told they would look into it and call me back. Never called back and had no idea what I was asking about when I called back. Wish it was a better experience hoping it was a fluke situation.

*Had the take the car to another dealer to get it fixed and they told me Maple Hill kept replacing the wrong part. No problems with the car since the other dealer fixed it. Stay away from this place!"Pathetic customer service! They have had my vehicle about 5-6 months and each time they say it is fixed, we drive it for 1 day and it has the same issue. We have literally had to call 50 plus times and they never follow through with what they say. Last time we came to pick up the vehicle we called twice to remind them to put the keys in the car as it would be after they closed and we get there and the car is not where it was supposed to be and no keys. We called the next day and "oops sorry I forgot."There are many other things I could put in this review but I am sure it will get about the same response as every time we try to call or they are supposed to do something they say.I would avoid this place at all costs, probably the only new car dealer I have seen with less than 4 stars and I can see why!
