The hairstylist did not listen to my sons request. He only wanted a trim, and came out almost bald!!! A waste of money!!!!!!
Requested style: My son wanted to get his curly hair trimmed, but the stylist cut them all off!! She did not do what he requested!

Korin is a magician. Another stylist messed up my sons haircut BAD. Korin fixed it! She has been cutting my hair for nearly a year now, and she is absolutely phenomenal. Great customer service, excellent skill, amazing in every way! Thankyou Korin! You are literally the only reason I stay with Sport Clips of Kalamazoo, West Main St!!!

I have went to this location multiple times in the past year and the hair stylists have no drive to get to costumers in a timely fashion. They take their time in between haircuts, take frequent breaks, and take long breaks to socialize with other workers. This causes long lines every time I come. I think I need to find a new place to get my hair cut.

I, a female, wanted to have a plain old shampoo, conditioner and the massage gun. I went in with my husband as he needed a cut too. He did not get a list of services and I had to explain why I was there and also had to answer prying questions of, "you know this is usually only men, right". Places that I go don't have a hot towel, massage gun, or shoulder massage, so that would be why. And my "hair cut" was a straight trim cut. No layers, just a straight line. The next few days I notice I have a bald spot on my head in my hair line and inch away from my forehead... I figured someone did something, but maybe I'm gaining. 3 months later I have hair growing out of my bald spot. My husband's hair cut was trash and uneven. Yikes. Learn people skills and why would you put Nair in someone's hair? As a business why would you even allow Nair anywhere in that place?

Korin is awesome! The day before my son was in tears after we left with a hack job. Was waiting at the door at 9am for them to open and Korin was very sympathetic and 100% agreed the ball was dropped and jumped into right into action! Not only did she make his hair awesome she also styled my other son. Thanks Korin! Your are girl from now on!

Came in at 5:50pm under the impression they closed at 7 due to it being on their door. They asked if I had an appointment and I said no. Only one person was in the wait list. They said they were booked. I didn’t understand. They then said they were short staffed. Mind you there were 4 stylists and only two customers in the store. I leave a little frustrated. They never told me they close at 6PM if they had said that I wouldn’t be writing this review. I found out they closed by google. I wish they would have changed their hours on the door to not say they close at 7 M-F. To lie in front of my face and not tell me why they’re rejecting me shows me the type of people they are. Disrespectful barbers with no integrity. Learn to be honest with customers sports clips
