Got a wonderful haircut this Thursday. Was a super busy day but Abbie was able to get me in quickly and she did the best job on a beard trim. The whole staff was wonderful, greeted me on my way in and wishing me a good day as i left, but Abbie my barber was top notch. Could hold a conversation but was also able to let me watch some sports. All in all I would recommended all of my friends and family to this Sport Clips location!

Was helped by a new person who was very nice and was doing a great job. I had multiple photos of last time I got my haircut and she looked at that and was doing a good job. I also told her I didn’t want any taken off the front which she didn’t. Then the rude manager named Abbie came up and screwed up my hair really badly and when I told her it wasn’t right she acted like I was a idiot and kept going I said I didn’t want it parted she parted it I said I didn’t want any taken off the front she did it anyway. Was massively rude and I am very disappointed this is by FAR my worse haircut I’ve ever gotten. Side burns were uneven by at least 1 inch. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

The online check in system was having issues so we called ahead to try and check in and were told there's nothing they could do and other people are checking in fine so it's not their problem. Tried checking in through multiple devices and one finally went through. While there they received multiple calls expressing the online issue and each caller got the same poor level of customer service.

Could not make an appointment on the website. Then tried the app with no luck. After working on trying to make an appointment online for 20 minutes I decided to call. After calling I was informed they can't make appointments over the phone... So I informed the person that the website and app was not working. After explaining this they still couldn't make an appointment over the phone. I've had haircuts from here before and have had a poor result. Not worth the hassle for a bad haircut.

Lazy and rush hair cut. It was 40 mins before close. I asked for a simple hair cut and the couldn’t perform a basic fade. I was told it was too difficult and got asked to plz wait till someone els could get to me I said thank you for your honesty. I waited then the person who was supposed to cut my hair rushed it before I stopped her tho she one didn’t listen to what I wanted I even showed a picture got nothing close to it . Also cut the top part of my hair by accident bc she wasn’t paying attention to her clippers. I got up and left im very disappointed in the management of this current store. It looks portly on the company. Side note while waiting all they talked about was wanting to leave and how we stoped them from doing it. Sorry to say you close at 8pm not 7:20pm. Lazy people should be fired. My opinion

Took our grandson there for a haircut. His haircut records, unfortunately, are at another establishment so that made him nervous. The gentleman who cut his hair did a great job

LADIES DON’T SEND YOUR MEN HERE. Cassidy openly gives taken men, (and yes she does know they are taken) her phone number. I feel completely disrespected.
