Wish I could give spectrum zero stars. This has been the worst internet service. Our internet would go out about 4 times a day. We had the same issue with spectrum in other states as well. So glad we now have AT&T fiber.

If I could give them negative star reviews I would. They were working in my area yesterday installing a new line and proceeded to INTENTIONALLY cut the ATT line running into my home, causing no phone service or internet. My dad is on a cardiac monitoring system that send routine monitoring strips to his cardiologist via the VoIP service. They put my dads life in jeopardy by doing this. In talking with the ATT repair man (who took pictures) that this is a common practice for spectrum to do, cutting competitors equipment. Are they really that hard up for business that they need to put other peoples lives in danger?

$85/mo for the lowest plan as the only Internet provider in certain areas. There needs to be more service options instead of relying on government subsidies to cover profit margins of large corporations. $4.6 BILLION in profits in 2023 and tax funds are paying for people to gain access to Spectrum Internet. Absolutely ridiculous that people are forced pay this amount to gain access to service in time when Internet is an essential to everyday day life.

Charter is awful. We had a box go bad and then have now sent me 4 replacement boxes, all have been bad so far. They are now sending me 2 at a time because they know so many are faulty. What kind of garbage is this ? Go with any service other than charter spectrum. Any

Josh was so helpful today !No trouble at all switching over to Spectrum. Although it did take a while to transfer that was not Spectrums fault. My prior phone service has iffy customer service so the communication with them was making the job harder for me, but Josh knew exactly what to do !Josh is very knowledgeable and patient in his work and was prepared for everything he needed to do to get the job done.Thanx again !

I just got a phone from the Spectrum (stadium Dr location) last month. Everyone at that location was soooo nice and knew what they were doing. Such a great vibe unlike the Portage location who I felt were no help at all. I switched from tmobile and will definitely recommend this location and spectrum mobile to all my friends & fam. Thanks guys for the great guest service. You were all awesome.?, sorry I can't remember names!! But the guy that helped me I think his name started with a P.

Robert & Ashton were both AMAZING!When we first walked in, we were greeted by Robert. From there Ashton helped us get our service switched over.While we were there the store began to fill up & Robert did everything he could to help customers where he could in a timely manner.Both gentleman were friendly, knowledgeable and made the trip down to Kalamazoo well worth it!Thank you again to both, Robert & Ashton for all of your help!!

since i signed with service a year ago last may 2022 thru Dec 2023/ i have been repeatedly overcharged.Credits issued for only 2 months of service.When initially installed took 3 installers to provide correct equipment for constantly interrupted internet.I can never ever get to the bottom of my account

Worst customer service and for some reason 20 bucks came out of my acct for ??? Scammers !!
