The lack of communication with this place is a complete turn off. Customer service from Kenzie has been horrible. Multiple delays on material and full of different excuses. Hardly ever answers the phone and/or returns calls that are promised. Promised a sample by afternoon 2/13 and couldn't even provide that. Spoke to her 2/14 explained my concerns only to be told "Have a nice day". I would not spend money with this company if communication and general customer service is of importance to you. Many other local companies that provide granite a similar prices. Buyer beware.

If anyone is planning on using Southwest Michigan granite please think twice. Horrible, never been treat so bad. They messed up all the cuts that they measured but it our fault. They picked up the tops to fix there mess ups on Tuesday the 27th and tell me I might a couple which I was ok with. Now it will be the 13th before they can come back. So now my family has no kitchen tops for almost 3 weeks. Because it would cost him money to come back out to set them when they’re not in the area. So went there to talk and was kicked out by the owner. I was told oh well when I told them I just spent over $5k with u . And now refusing to do the other half of the project which I’ve already payed majority of. Ive been a business owner for 20 years and never treated anyone this bad.100% worthless

If you are looking for a company to partner with you on a project, this not the company for you. The installation team left very visible seams. In two different locations, they let the seam glue drip onto the counter top and dry. The countertop ended up damaged in the attempt to chip up the dried seam glue. They left shims under the counter that prevented one drawer from closing. And their desire to work with customers via email versus in person resulted in my choosing the wrong sink for my project. I attempted to rectify all issues directly with the company but they were not responsive after the project was complete. I have three more properties to renovate and will not be using SW Mi Granite.

Our end to end experience was first class! Kenzie did an amazing job guiding us through the decision process when picking our granite. She listened to our style preferences and budget and was able to point us in the right direction when selecting our slab. She also answered our questions around material selection which helped narrow down our choices. And the install was flawless! Malachi and James did an incredible job installing all the granite and it looks stunning!!! They were also so nice and professional and explained how they installed it so we knew what work was completed. They did such an amazing job! I highly recommend this business for your countertop needs!!

I am so happy with my countertop, it is so sleek and beautiful. The staff, Kenzie, was so helpful in taking me around the building to look at all the options I had. She helped to set up appointments for the measurements and installment. From the time I first picked out my countertop to having it installed was so fast, about two weeks. I was not even in a hurry. The installers came out and were easy to work with and experienced. One installer had been installing countertops for twenty-five years. They were polite and knowledgeable.

Customer service and communication are atrocious. When you question the owner, he cowers like a child and won't return calls. If you want a good customer experience, avoid these folks. I have recommended 2 friends who were looking at new counter-tops to stay away from them.

Just had quartz countertops installed yesterday, very happy with the process from start the finish! Our two installers were fantastic and really took their time ensuring everything was perfect. Appreciated their attention to detail and how careful they were to fit and position everything. We had an L against the wall and an island both receive counters. Would definitely recommend and would go back for any counters we need in the future.

Fabulous service from start to finish. From initial consultation with materials choice, to templating and installation the whole process is seamless and painless. Very knowledge and helpful staff. Great showroom with plenty of material and color options available. Timely templating and quick turnaround for install. Industry competitive pricing. Used them for over a dozen projects and always completely satisfied.

Didn't install all of the materials that I purchased, came back a couple weeks later and "couldn't" install the same pcs, and refused to cut the rest. Installer walked throughout the house with muddy boots on and didn't use drop clothes in the work area. Tyler Reaume agreed to give me a partial refund for the materials they couldn't/wouldn't cut and install, BUT HE WROTE ME A BAD CHECK and now will not answer the phone when I call.

This company does not know the meaning of customer service! I picked out granite for 2 different vanities and gave the sizes of each to the sales girl who accompanied us through the picking process. At the end of our tour it began to rain and the owner, David, came out and we quickly made a final choice I told him that we wanted the one we were looking at for the master bath and the other that the girl had notated for the guest bath. We went inside and finalized everything. My husband even commented on the way home that he wasn't certain how they were going to get this right since nothing was marked but I assumed that it was in the paperwork as I had told the girl that the master was 30" and the guest was 36". Of course as you can probably guess when it was installed they had switched the two pieces. I immediately called the office to talk to David, and got an answer machine and left a message. I then spent the next three days calling and leaving messages on the machine and with Kenzie until I was finally able to talk to David. David immediately told me that this was my fault as he had marked each piece with blue tape and the measurements in front of me and that I had approved it. This did not happen as it was raining- in fact David didn't even go find the first piece we had picked with us We were in the main office with Kenzie trying to get the paperwork don. So after a very nasty conversation I told David that I would assume some blame for not checking that they were correct but he needed to take some culpability as well. He said he would see what he could do and get back to me. The next day my contractor received an email from Kenzie stating that the company would cut a new piece of the correct granite for the guest bath ( as I said I could " live with" the master bath color) but my contractor needed to pick it up and install it and the cost would be 1/3 of the entire cost of the order. So basically David took no responsibility for the mistake and was not going to be out a penny. His attitude was that it was all my fault. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Suffice to say I passed on his offer, reinstated his check ( as I had stopped payment on the check as he wouldn't talk to me) and plan on replacing the granite with some other company. This has been a costly lesson- should have read the Yelp reviews of this company's awful customer service- if you decide to use this company be very careful and document everything as they do not stand behind their work and will blame you for their own errors.

First Class Service! We had a very positive experience throughout the entire process. Each part of the process was explained very well and we never felt pressured into anything. David was very helpful answering all my follow up emails promptly. The installers did a fantastic job, especially with the awkward layout of our kitchen. After the installation they provided helpful tips and information regarding the upkeep of the countertops. We'll definitely use them again for our upcoming laundry room renovation
